The staff are always so friendly welcoming and helpful. The clothes I bought are of excellent quality and it is so good to see feminine colours and patterns that I like!

I bought 2 pairs of chino’s one of…
I bought 2 pairs of chino’s one of which was clearly under a 20% discount. When I went to pay I was told it was only the shorts, this was totally unclear.
I did pay full price for both as it’s what I wanted & rate the quality. When I wanted to take the clip type hangers holding the chino was told “not allowed to have the hangers” really strange & this has not happened to me at other stores, a bit disappointing.

Fatface Evesham branch
I love shopping at Fatface Evesham branch . Staff are always veer helpful and polite. I find the clothes sometimes overpriced given the material and where it is made but on the whole good selection and trendy in terms of latest fashion.

Lovely staff
The staff at Evesham are always so helpful and friendly. For someone who is self-conscious and hates shopping it is so good that staff go the extra mile to make you feel at ease and help with making good choices. Thank you

Great choice top quality
My local fatface store is located at The Valley Evesham, the staff in this store are amazing, so friendly and helpful, the customer service is brilliant , the store itself is spotless and always looks tidy and cared for, the choice of the clothing is great considering it isn’t a huge shop, it saves me a trip into a town centre and parking is free with no time limit, I would recommend this store 😊

Friendly staff
Saw a swimsuit reduced to £20.00. When I asked the assistant if that price was correct she checked and said no it was £5.00 ! I tried it on it fitted and I obviously bought it. The two girls working in the shop were friendly, chatted and really helpful.

Fat Face is one of those shops where you either find something straight away when you shop there, or the next time absolutely nothing, some designs are a lot to be desired.
Today I found something very pleased, sales girl was charming, not pushy like some can be, and very friendly , good experience today.
