Really pleased with my new hoodie from Fatface
Really pleased with my new hoodie from FatFace, bought at the Meadowhall store in Sheffield. The quality is excellent — lovely soft material, really comfortable to wear and a great fit. It feels well made and like something that will last.
The staff in the Meadowhall store were also friendly and helpful without being pushy, which made the whole experience really pleasant. I’ve bought from FatFace before and have always found the quality to be consistently good. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

Lovely customer service at Meadowhall, all staff were more than keen to help. Adele was getting more sizes from their stockrooms. Offering delivery options for products they didn't have in store. Vinny served me, waited patiently while I struggled loading my blue light.

I have purchased online before but visited the store at Meadowhall yesterday. I was greeted by Shirley who instantly made me feel welcome. I haven’t been well and not shopped for quite a while. Shirley was like my personal shopper going above and beyond to help me choose my items. Her excellent knowledge of her stock made my visit exciting. Shirley showed me every colour combination, suggested what made up an outfit and what colours suited me best! What a wonderful, helpful person and asset to the store…she made my day! I was then served by David whom was equally friendly and helpful when making my purchases. What a fantastic team they make! By far the best customer service I have received in a very long time…many thanks Carole

Service with a smile
Bought something online with delivery in store. Not only I absolutely love the item bought but also the service in store. Acknowledged with a smile is the perfect customer service in my opinion. (Meadowhall store)
