Good job, quick and items are ok

Helpful team members and great product. I was picking something up which I'd had delivered to the store, and it was easy to exchange the size in store. I've knocked off a star because the product (slippers) came in too much unnecessary plastic packaging.

Ordered on line and was able to collect the following day from my local branch. V. Good and friendly service

Great service. Sales assistance with interest in customers providing sound advice. Most of all good quality of goods.

I’ve shopped at FatFace for many years and this has to be the worst, most unfriendly and intimidating store I’ve ever been in.

With it being the run up to Christmas I was made to feel incredibly uncomfortable. Beverly on the checkout. Incredibly rude. Not to mention another colleague stalking me and my partner around the store. I understand stores taking precautions but obviously stalking a customer who's browsing for Christmas gifts, very uncomfortable. Don’t do it or make it less obvious, don’t make my description or my partners on your headsets loudly. And then being snapped at for asking a question after paying for my goods and having the receipt being shoved into my hand. I just wanted to get out of the store as quickly as I could whilst I was still being watched and stalked out of the store, the staff dampened my mood whilst I was out Christmas shopping and tarnished my day and overall experience whilst in Oxford.

I’ve never been treated like this in a FatFace store before. I’m incredibly disappointed for the lack of respect Beverly and the other colleagues in this store have for their customers and have told many of my friends and family members to avoid this particular store in Oxford.
If you don’t want your Christmas being ruined, avoid Oxford FatFace at all costs.

Unfortunately the garments were too long. However they reim reimbursed immediately and with care.

Ordering on line is perfect for me. The pleated midi skirt is lovely and hangs really well.

Great service with collection and in store service

FatFace in Oxford is a Retailer that I consider to be an Excellent provider of Good Quality Clothes. It has its own Stamp. I am so pleased with all my purchases that I consider money well spent. In fact I am delighted that descriptions of the Items I bought I found to be perfectly correct. Thanks very much FatFace.

FatFace in Oxford had shocking customer service. Went in and 3 staff members were lounging about at the front of the shop and failed to do any greetings. When asked for help, they rolled their eyes and showed complete disregard to my needs.

Lovely store, plenty to choose from and friendly staff. I was served by Cam who was very helpful and could not of been more attentive. Sound advice and great product knowledge from him, thank you.

Great quality and good service

4 members of staff all failed to greet us. Found what we wanted then stood for more than 5 minutes at an unstaffed till. 2 staff ignored us and continued doing nothing. Eventually another who seemed busier hailed another at the other end of the store. She sauntered across. No greeting or a thank you and no idea about return Xmas dates and clearly wasnt going to make any effort to find out. Interestingly the store was empty. We shall be reluctant to visit FF again. Bit of staff training needed and a realisation that customer service and money in the till are high priorities.

The assistant Courtney, who served me did not interact with me and not a smile out of her. Service was shocking and never spoke as she was scanning the items. Considering the usual great service I normally receive her attitude was not acceptable.
