The Padstow ladies Naomi and Martha went over and beyond with their fantastic help with sorting a delivery for my husband that wanted a shorter leg jeans while we where on holiday. They told us the day any everything with lots of information communication and customer service was outstanding. I've got to admit we don't often go in Fat Face but the clothing it top of it's game worth every penny will be shopping there again. They was also so lovely to our beautiful dog which means a lot to us. Well done girls amazing job be proud of your selves 10 stars sorry for taking so long to review

Would like to say a big thank you to Sofia at your Padstow store. A lovely lady who made my experience so much easier when I had to return a click and collect order where one item had somehow been mixed up with someone else's when it was being packed for delivery. It was a bit of a faff to sort out, however she remained calm, chatty and smiley throughout which made the experience a lot less stressful, and she helped me choose a nice new leather bag. Will definitely be visiting Padstow again, always a happy experience with friendly welcoming staff 😀

My favourite Store!
I’ve been visiting this store for a few years now as I love the clothing range for myself, my husband and my daughter.
We visited today and as I was browsing I spotted a tshirt with strawberries on for my daughter. My daughter love it too and then to our suprise Martha the store assistant kindly advised that there is a ladies too exactly the same as part of the mini me range. My daughter was so excited that we bought one each. Thank you for being so helpful Martha! Can’t wait to share a photo of us wearing them

Was perfectly satisfactory - they had clothes I bought them (and I could take my dog in) - probably worth 4.5 stars but not an option.

I visited the Padstow store today and was greeted by a very friendly and cheerful member of staff called Caroline. Caroline was incredibly helpful, she went out of her way to assist me with finding my size (I was delighted to see that this store stock a good selection of size 6). She also took the time to look on the website for me, which resulted in me placing an order, aswell as purchasing in store. Caroline was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Thank you for a great shopping experience Caroline.

Massive shout out to Caroline and Martha in the Padstow branch. Nothing was too much trouble - they even gave us a bag to put all our wet gear into after we had been soaked to the skin! We both walked out with new jeans and tops. It was a treat to be served by such friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent service from Sofi at Padstow FatFace. The great window display drew us into the shop and Sofi gave us a warm welcome with her lovely smile. It made shopping a very pleasurable experience.

Friendly service when I collected my online order

Staff went over and above to help me after my order wasn’t going to arrive on time ( despite being ordered in time) and I found the item for sale in the shop. They cancelled my order for me. Lovely ladies in the Padstow store. Thank you.

Absolutely superb service from Caroline, Vicky and Martha. A friend and I visited twice and made a few purchases. All 3 girls couldn’t have been more helpful, kind, polite, friendly and considerate.
