Lovely staff!
Visited store today, needed some help and was served by Hope. She was so friendly and very helpful! Also spoke to another very friendly lady on the way out (sorry didn’t get name) but all made for a very pleasant shopping experience.

Was looking for a specific coat that I could not find online as was out of stock in my size. Went to the Rushden Lakes store and spoke to Chris, who was most helpful in locating me the coat. There was one in the Rugby store and he offered to get it for me that weekend (as he was visiting his mum) and bring it back to RL.
He didn’t need to do that and went above and beyond! I now have the coat and love it! Thanks Chris, much appreciated.

Top quality customer service.
Beautiful soft leggings and a bargain as in the sale. They will look lovely with some of my fat face dresses and tunics now the weather had changed. I love fat face leggings they are always something to rely on for for size and quality. I love these as I have some bad scarring and fat face leggings do not irritate this. Customer service awesome as ever. Really feel a part of the FF family. X

Second purchase and just as pleased.
Online website was clear to look and find what you want. Ordering was easy with secure payment, acknowledgements sent and informed by email when item could be collected. Lady in the store who served me was cheerful, polite and efficient. I am not a standard size so asked if I could try on my purhcase. This was no problem and she was quick to state if there was any issue to let her know. Basically all that you want!
