Ecclesall Road staff are very helpful. Fatface generally have some lovely clothes, the Amy hoodie for me is a favourite. Really good quality, uber soft inside and fits perfectly. Sliming (v helpful!).... Ver mais

Ordered online to collect from the shop. Good information from Fat Face regarding delivery. My goods were ready to collect 2 days after ordering. When I collected them the assistant was very pleasant and approached me with a smile. He was quick to get my items. Very good service.

Lovely trousers and a nice fit, though even the short length is only just short enough for me at 5'3"! The click-and-collect process was easy and convenient.

I prefer to collect in store. The staff are always helpful and I can have a quick look round to see if I want to add anything. The store always looks bright and welcoming - but I prefer to try at home.

I bought same item online 2 different…
I bought same item online 2 different sizes thinking I could return the wrong size back via my local fatface shop, I'd asked in shop if they could hold me some tops to exchange the wrong size item which to they did. Very friendly service. I then recieved my online order and decided to keep item in both sizes and not return one. Then bought the tops at fatface shop no return needed. Fabulous online delivery with option of shop return not needed, shop very friendly and happy to help.

Your staff in your shops are fabulous! They are so helpful .
The quality of your products is great . Some items even though classed as short are still way too long . I’m 5’3 .
Also it would be helpful to have more bigger sizes in shops . I prefer the in store experience but always end up having to order online .

The item I wanted wasn’t in stock so he fetched a similar item from the stock room so I could try it on for size then ordered it online to come to home for me. Really helpful and friendly. Just shopped in Fatface Ecclesall Road, Sheffield & have to give a big thumbs up to the guy serving, he was so cheerful & friendly to everyone, my receipt says his name is Fabian. He was so lovely & the reason why we still need physical shops to visit. You don’t get that smile & service on line!! I hope he can be recognized & commended.
