Quick and easy
Quick and easy ordering process. Email to say item at store to collect. Hassle free collection. Could not have been simpler or smoother process!

Excellent customer service
I originally ordered jeans online but went into Shrewsbury to exchange them as they didn’t fit. As ever the staff in town were super helpful. I always leave that shop with a smile. A lot of retailers could look to the team in Fat Face for how to get it right.

Clothes are great but Payapal returns NFG
Clothes are great, but I had to return an item and the Shrewsbury shop refused to take it as I had paid via PayPal, I had to take it back home repackage and then back up town to the post office.
I did read the return info, no warning re PayPal.
