Can I just say the Team at Sidmouth FatFace are amazing, with a very special mention to Cheryl! We were down for the folk festival and always pop in, she was extremely helpful in finding a solution to our problem, and helped us find exactly what we needed, so we bought even more! (What Cheryl doesn't know is she was exceedingly helpful last year too!) The clothes are exactly my style and the quality and fit are excellent! Thank you Team Sidmouth!!

One of the reasons I enjoy shopping in Fatface is the colour combinations and the quality of the fabrics. They also do an Environmental line which I particularly like. I experienced excellent customer service in the store and the staff were very friendly. They sell my size which is a 6, but the only drawback is they don't sell petite dresses , trousers or skirts so for me as a petite 4ft 10 they are out of proportion.

Saw the clothes I wanted in the store and loved the quality of the material used. Noted them for future purchase and the goods arrived as ordered and on the day required.

Went to shop when on holiday in Sidmouth,great choice of mens clothes as always when you visit coastal Fatface shops, much better than ours in Bristol,all the staff were friendly and helpful, thanks to Jennie who served me too ,very helpful

Lovely service from the staff in the Sidmouth branch, always happy and smiling and making people feel welcome. Special mention for Jennie who is happy to chat and make you feel really comfortable. Apart from that, we like the clothes!

I had a great experience shopping at this store last week. I was served by Helen who was very friendly and helpful. The store was tidy, so I could find the items I was interested in. When the items I tried on didn’t quite fit how I wanted them to, Helen wasted no time in finding me a suitable size for one item and finding a similar item (which I ended up preferring) for the other one. Even though the store was busy I felt as though I had a personal assistant, ready to find the right size or piece. I will certainly be back!

Friendly service. Easy orders and returns. Prompt refunds. Sizes were larger than I’m used to. I had to send back my usual size and order a size smaller. Other than that everything was great.

Unable to buy the right size trainers and shirt while on holiday in Devon. Staff were very helpful with regards to ordering online and arranging for delivery and collection back home in Shrewsbury. Excellent communication re delivery and easy collection from local NEXT store. Excellent service all round. Would highly recommend. 100%
