Received my delivery and slippers were too big so popped into Wells store and staff were super helpful, thinking I would just return and order the correct size, they had the item in stock and just exchanged for me, great result and really nice people, very happy

LOVE fatface. Great products, great ethics, great sales. Can’t get enough. Order was delivered quickly to store, very easy to pick up fro there. Staff in Wells store were friendly and efficient :)

Really lovely helpful staff
It was a hot afternoon and a lot of shopping and my elderly mother felt faint. The shop staff at FF were super helpful and found her a chair and a glass of water. Which was a very kind gesture.

We visited our local store in Wells Somerset. We purchased some short and swim shorts. We were served by Marie and Rebecca and they were amazing. So friendly and helpful. It really made for an enjoyable experience.
The items purchased are lovely, good quality and fit well.

Amazing staff and experience
The staff were extremely helpful when I went in to exchange 2items I had bought online. They helped me find the sizes I needed a d exchanged them with no fuss.
I have never had a bad experience in this store. They are all very polite and truthful
