Small, friendly store
Staff are always friendly and happy to process my returns from on-line purchases - which are many! Also helpful if I want to order in-store etc. Wimborne Fat Face is a small store but has a nice vibe and is very popular. 4 changing rooms which is a good number for the size of shop.

Great service. unfortunately had to return something…
I unfortunately had to return something and went into my local store to ask if they had a different size I could try before changing my item. Tge assistant was so helpful; returned the item for me, made suggestions and then said if I ordered before 5pm that day I would get free express delivery!
And it was brilliant, I literally just got ordered before 5pm and it was delivered then next day by 7pm.

They didn’t have the top that I went in…
They didn’t have the top that I went in to buy but were extremely helpful and I ordered it on line. Have used this shop many times and staff have always been really helpful.

Ordered on line and clothing was delivered incredibly quickly. I used click & collect which was very convenient. Excellent service & trousers were the usual Fat Face quality. Staff at Wimborne Fat Face are always helpful and pleasant to deal with.

In-store staff are always friendly and attentive, email updates about your order are always sent promptly, and delivery is quick and easy! Clothing wears well, is comfortable, and looks great!

Shocking service
Shocking service. Ordered a coat as didn’t have my size, woman on till wasn’t sure if she had ordered it or not but I had to pay then wait and see if it arrived, it did not went back to store to be told to phone customer service as that’s what they would do, customer service only open 10.30am to 4pm when I’m at work. Shambles

Fantastic team members
I visited Fat Face in Wimborne 14.11.22, the team were extremely helpful. The top I would have liked to purchase was not in stock, we looked on line, found the top and ordered, it arrived the following day... fantastic.
