We attended Witney fatface on Saturday…
We attended Witney fatface on Saturday to see if our order had arrived as our Grandson was up for the weekend and it was a present for him, the male store assistant went to check and came back and said it hadn’t arrived, we then received a text today Tuesday reminding us to collect our parcel. We had not received a text saying it was in. Spoke to lady who remembered the item coming in last Thursday, two days before your assistant said it wasn’t there. We now need to go to Andover to give our Grandson his present. Not the best service I think you will agree. Regards Edwin.

A small hole Keira Tee
A small hole appeared in a recently purchased Keira SS Organic tee which I showed Bella in my local Witney Store today.
Bella explained how the hole may might have been made, but then listened to me and believed me when I felt it a fault in the material and replaced the t-shirt continuing to be polite and never once made me feel uncomfortable about complaining.
The professional way in which Bella treated me was excellent and will ensure I continue to be a loyal customer; I have shopped in Fat Face, Witney for many years.

Disappointed in store
The lady I spoke to over the live chat was very helpful and sorted out my issue quite quickly. I was a little disappointed that the woman in store (who seemed like a manager of some form) told me I couldn’t use an e-voucher in store and didn’t attempt to help me just said no it won’t work. I live chatted with someone who then told me I could!

Excellent staff
I pop into this store most weeks for a browse before ordering in line ( none of your stores stock many size 6 items). It is always very tidy and well laid out with sufficient space to manoeuvre a pram. I have never met a member of staff who isn’t friendly and courteous. I have heard them assisting other customers with obvious knowledge of their stock. Sadly I have had to make returns and there has never been any problems.
I think both store and staff are a credit to the company.

Friendly and helpful
Great new stock in the Witney store ready for the Summer wardrobe refresh. Friendly staff ( served by Andrea who acknowledged me when I came in to the store and served me at the till). Tidy changing area.

Bella deserves big praise
I had a faulty water bottle and had not got a receipt. I had submitted my email to a temporary member of staff who is no longer there and she had mis-spelt my surname. The manager - Bella was amazing. She looked back through the till and found my transaction when I bought the bottle so that I could have a refund and then ordered me a replacement bottle to be delivered to my home. She was very apologetic and did everything she possibly could to ensure that I received fair and excellent service. It took her a while but her customer service was absolute
