Georgia has helped shift my mindset towards losing body fat and working towards my goals in a really gentle and subtle way.
Yes I’ve had to prioritise certain things but she’s helped me shift the mindset that I can’t lost fat if I’m busy or away, and that it’s an all or nothing approach.
Since working with Georgia 1:1 yes I’ve lost weight but I’ve also built habits that I know I can continue. I’ve learnt that the scales are just data, that consistency wins over perfection, and that just because the scale doesn’t move it doesn’t mean it’s not working.
I’ve really enjoyed my 12 weeks 1;1 and know that when I go back to the FLF programme I’ll be able to take what I’ve learned and put it into practise in everyday life.

Her approach focuses on helping you understand the why behind things. She gives you a plan that combines fitness, nutrition, and mindset, and helps you be realistic about what the process actually looks like. She also knows when to push you, keep you motivated, and hold you accountable.
What I value most is that it’s not a short-term program that just tells you what to eat or restricts foods. She helps you understand the whole process and build habits that allow you to make your own choices with confidence. You learn how things work, rather than just following rules. It feels more like a long-term investment than just another fat-loss program.
Excellent plan - Georgia really knows how to help!
I have been a member of FLF since May 2025 and lost 10kg in my first three months. This was after years of not being able to find a plan which works. FLF is designed to help you understand a way to live your life whilst losing fat and building strength, but also enjoying foods that you love. The workouts are straight forward and enjoyable and really help to build strength. The lessons on mindset change have also helped me understand that this is a way of life and does not need to feel restrictive. Would definitely recommend!

The app and Georgia's check-ins have helped me be more accountable with weight training. I've learnt loads about food and nutrition and it has helped me stop spiralling when things don't go to plan.
I've been working with Georgia for 4 months. I lost 3kg without feeling like I was restricting too much. I put on 0.5 kg over Christmas but confident I'll get it off again. I feel leaner and stronger - lifting heavier than I ever thought I would too. 💪
Georgia took my fitness journey to the next level
Found Georgia and FLF randomly on my feed and took the plunge. My fitness levels are good but I was missing accountability.
Having Georgia's plan on my phone meant I needed to I keep to it and answer for it on Mondays! The difference to my consistency was night and day.
Coupled with that, the food logging really showed me my calorie counting was off by a good 600 every day. This help got me to lose 8kg of fat in 3 months, whilst maintaining gains. Something I've never done alone.
I can add to this, the recipe ideas in the app meant I no longer went food shopping aimlessly wondering what to make, the workout plans there for me that taught me new exercises I'd not done before.
These lessons I've taken on myself and have become happier and healthier as a result. I go back to her services annually now just to maintain and improve on what Georgia has done for me.

Great coach
I was looking for a flexible and sustainable way of losing weight and getting stronger without sacrificing good food and this was exactly what I found in FLF. I have difficulty doing some exercises following surgery and Georgia has thoughtfully tailored the programme to allow me to get the most from my workouts, which has been so valuable. It’s also been great that she focuses both on exercise and nutrition. I really like that Georgia is pragmatic and understands that kids, celebrations and holidays are part of life and gives great advice to keep on track while enjoying these things. I have been working with Georgia for about 8 months and have been really impressed with the results I have seen and that have lasted already. A great, easy to use app and workouts to do at home or at the gym. I would highly recommend it.

Working with Georgia has changed so many things about how I see and treat my body. I’ve never come across a PT who is actually realistic about food goals and fitness without restricting to an unattainable level. She offered me so much support into her 1:1 coaching and I love the fact that she doesn’t push you to do any longer than 3 months - she empowers her clients to do it on her own after that. I lost 5kg in this time and now use her amazing app to have a consistent work out routine which actually sees results. Couldn’t recommend her more!

FLF works for those with a busy life!
I’ve been working with Georgia for almost a year and I feel stronger and better within myself. I’m more consistent with my eating and exercise. I’ve enjoyed the program and learning what to do in the gym; Th program is tailored and easy to follow and I’ve enjoyed the flex when I have travelled and the approach has helped me really think about my choices when I eat out!
14 months in and feeling stronger
I’ve been with Georgia for 14 months now and have seen a huge change in my strength. I’m lifting weights I couldn’t even pick up at the start. I’ve reframed my relationship with food and no longer feel the guilt I used to feel. I know Georgia is there when I need extra help and I know I’ll never be judged but will be nudged in the right direction. I can’t recommend flf enough.
Practical fitness approach for REAL people
Initially I joined FLFF as part of the RISE program - I’d reached a point where I felt I needed to take a proactive approach and invest in my health and fitness. The idea of a program that was made with ‘desk workers’ specifically in mind sounded right up my alley as a 40-something with a full time desk job that LOVES food. 6-months later, though I hadn’t lost any substantial weight, I’d began to carve out some solid positive life habits and mind set changes. I stuck with Georgia afterwards because her coaching style, the workouts and the program format just fit my lifestyle. After about a year I upgraded to the 1:1 coaching and that has really helped me stay consistent- an investment well worth it. It’s maybe two years and I am the strongest I’ve ever been and can truthfully say ‘ I am someone who goes to the gym and feels comfortable in that space’. As a person who has always felt self conscious about their weight and fitness, I’ve gained a lot of confidence. And I see the results! Georgia ( and Ollie!) have such an approachable and pragmatic approach to fat loss and fitness that I think it’s doable for anyone. The online community is supportive and the app is easy to use. Definitely recommend if you have ever thought about using a structured program to help with a fitness goal.

Life changing!
I’ve been doing FLF with Georgia for about 9 months and I’m the strongest and probably beat shape of my life! I lost 6 kgs in the first few months and then have managed to keep that off despite multiple big holidays and celebrations! I have lost about 7% in body fat and have reached my workout goals such as doing an unassisted chin up! I can’t thank her enough for being the light at the end of the tunnel for me whilst struggling to deal with what the menopause threw at me and thinking that I had to settle because nothing was working for me, but working with Georgia has given me the confidence to believe in myself again and realise what I can achieve, build my fitness levels after not exercising for a very long time!, and loose the stubborn menopause weight whilst still enjoying holidays, weekend aways and just being social. The best thing I’ve taken away is how to have a plan but still enjoy myself guilt free which is my absolute game changer and mental shift.
