3 business days come and gone and still…

3 business days come and gone and still my withdrawal is ‘under review’ emails ignored and when you message customer services you get the same auto text back saying your withdrawal is safe and will be processed as soon as possible!!! They’ve said all along that my withdrawal will be processed within 3 business days and now I’m getting told to wait even longer!!!!! I fear I’ve been scammed. I will update if I ever get my money, but I’m highly doubtful.

Update! My money did go in 2 days later than expected. Hopefully going forward withdrawals don’t take that long. If you want instant withdrawals then Fatpirate isn’t the place to play. I’m happy to wait 3 business days if it does go in within that time frame. Which on this occasion it didn’t

Decent odds but the interface slowed me down
I joined to bet on some Champions League games. The odds were great, which I liked, but I struggled a bit with the bet slip, it kept resetting when I tried to add multiple selections. I missed a few bets because of that! Not terrible, because I won anyway, but the experience felt clunky compared to other sites I've used.

Cuenta en revisión desde hace más de 2 semanas, al principio tenia acceso al chat para pedir informacion y ahora ni esto,tengo el chat bloqueado y solo puedo enviar correos al soporte y no me han respondido ni una vez.
No puedo contactar con nadie mas. Muy mala experiencia.

I was locked out my account and…

I was locked out my account and password reset emails not coming through to my gmail. I multiply contacted their support via email as that is the ONLY method when not logged in stating I needed urgent help.
48 hours later I was given a temporary password to login to find that a new card had been added and deposited £10 (clearly not in my name or address) and had tried multiple withdrawal methods and finally stole my entire balance. I am still 7 days later unable to get the information I need from the company to even speak to someone who has the ability to deal with this.

I am currently £550 out of pocket due to poor service or possibly pirate website in double meaning.

I am convinced that I will be further ignored on the hopes that I go away and although I have specifically asked how it is possible that a person of different name and new card could even deposit then withdraw a balance once I had already emailed to get the account open with a new password that their payout process would not check that it's going to the right person

Had to leave a review because I was…

Had to leave a review because I was expecting the worst after reading some random forum posts and some reviews here. I've been playing for about 2 weeks now, mostly UFC, NBA and NHL. The interface is a bit basic but it loads quick which matters when you're trying to smash a live bet during a knockout round. Payouts usually land within couple oh hours. Only complaint is the search function could be better but that's minor.

Attesa pagamento da 12 giorni

Sono molto deluso, iscritto da un paio di settimane, ho fatto un po di versamenti e alla fine ho vinto circa 1000 euro. Ho effettuato due prelievi da 500 euro nella giornata dell’1 marzo, prelievo ancora in elaborazione dopo 12 giorni senza alcun aggiornamento.
Inutile dirvi che scrivere alla chat non ha senso in quanto le risposte sono sempre le stesse, ti viene spiegato che il tempo per elaborare il prelievo va dai 3 ai 5 giorni.
Inutile anche dire che sono passati 12 giorni, ti diranno di stare tranquillo e che il loro dipartimento evaderà il pagamento il prima possibile.
Anche scrivere al loro indirizzo e-mail non ha senso, ne ho inviate 3 in questi 12 giorni, nessuna risposta.

Update: the withdrawal was completed not long after contacting them so bumped up a star.

Good range of slots, smooth site but very slow withdrawals. Almost into my 9th day waiting for £500.

Bad experience lost everything

Super lekker gespeeld

Super lekkere gespeeld.
Helaas door dat het zo lang duurt toch nog wat gespeeld en natuurlijk verloren.
Het geld wat er nu opstaat willen we opnemen. Maar dit duurt een eeuwigheid.
Al veel gechat maar krijgen geen duidelijkheid.
Ja 3 werkdagen. Maar dan moeten ze opeens allemaal documenten hebben. Paar dagen later krijg je weer een melding omdat er een document niet goed was. Weer opgestuurd nu alweer 24 uur later nog steeds niets gehoord en ontvangen.
En dan dat je maar 3 x 800 euro op kunt nemen. Maar als je zolang moet wachten dan zouden wij bijna een jaar verder zijn als ze uitbetalen.
Eerder al een keer wat gewonnen dat ging toen wat makkelijker dan nu. Fake? Of duurt het gewoon zo lang.
De VIP ook al veel mailtjes gestuurd maar krijgen nergens reactie op.
Hoe slecht is dat om je spelers zo te laten wachten. Bij andere online casino's staat het binnen 24 uur op je rekening.
Ik ben benieuwd wanneer wij reactie en het geld krijgen.
En als ze zo door gaan dan houden ze weinig spelers over.
En fijn dat je dan nu wel direct een reactie krijgt als je hier wat plaatst.
Maar helaas met hele gekke info!!
Mailen 🙈🙈 terwijl dit al 10x gedaan is maar geen reacties krijgen.

Uitbetaling duurt te lang!

Toen ik fatpirate ontdekte gingen de payouts wat sneller. Ik weet niet waarom het nu zo lang steeds moet duren wacht al 5 dagen en nog niks ontvangen. Ik wacht geduldig af want je krijgt het wel, maar ik vind dat jullie een manier moeten vinden voor snellere uitbetalingen. Zo vertrouwd geen één klant jullie meer. 1 á 2 dagen is niet zo'n ramp maar bijna een week is gewoon dom. Hierdoor jeukt het enorm dat je het gaat cancelen en denkt nawh ja stik ga gewoon door! Voor de rest vind ik wel dat de winrating wat hoger ligt dan bij andere casino's die ik ken. Probeer toch de uitbetalingen te versnellen aan te passen of iets zodat het sneller gaat, zo win je meer klandizie en de vertrouwen.
