SCAM !!!

I won €1000,- and made a withdrawal. They advertise with paying within 3-5 workdays. But they don't. It's been 3 weeks now and my €1000,- is still waiting to be processed. So it's clearly a scam. It's very simple to deposit money, and they are quick. But when THEY have to pay YOU, they stay quiet. Don't deposit money! You can win a lot of money but they won't pay out.

I’ve been with Fat pirate for a while, but I am waiting on withdrawals to be processed it will be 7 days tomorrow and they have said the same to me they are dealing with lots of withdrawals so it’s taking longer… customer service and online chat say the same thing…. Still waiting for a withdrawal after a week, they keep using the excuse there has been lots of withdrawal requests, (like that’s my problem) it shouldn’t say in the terms 3 days if it’s gunna take longer. Never had problems with other withdrawals but when u actually needed the money at the time u was thinking u was gunna get it they let you down, hopefully will be sorted soon but just really frustrating

Great site

Great site, had some losses and some wins. Withdrawals although sometimes get cancelled they do go through eventually and take anything from instant ( on 2 occasions) to a few days or a week.

I never had a problem with anything on this website until my deposits never loaded in on my account two £200 deposits and all they kept saying was it has been returned to my account even after I have proven the transactions and the deposits with pictures and still won't return money and that was months ago now scam website stay clear

Cette attitude montre à quel point vous ne comprenez absolument rien!

Le fait d avoir gagner stimule le joueur à rejouer encore et encore.

Absolute scam website. The features are absolutely dreadful. I bought multiple £50 bonus buys, none of the resulting in a win for more than £7. Absolute joke. The features on other games were dreadful aswell.

The live chat doesn’t work, which is obviously a tactic they use the stop people from self excluding quickly resulting in them depositing more money and inevitably losing.

SHAME its not as good!

I enjoyed playing at first and to the withdrawals were fast compared to some other casinos!
BUT now there are too many faults for one I had been playing on a game and won but when I changed to another game my winning were deducted down to £0.08 so I went on chat support and because I couldn't give them all the information of the ID bet due to the game history not even showing I had been on it they couldn't check so I lost £50?
I think some of the support team are dummies if they don't know they end the chat!!!

I enjoyed using the site for a while…

I enjoyed using the site for a while and despite withdrawals taking a fair bit of time, I was receiving them so couldn’t complain. Since using Apple Pay for some deposits I’ve had a lot of issues. I’ve provided proof of deposit numerous times, but keep being asked for the same information. Despite chasing this frequently for months, I’m getting nowhere and have stopped getting responses. I keep speaking to live chat and although I’ve been told my case will be prioritised, I’m still getting nowhere.
