Helpful Resource
This is such a helpful website to verify dosage, especially when changing vials with a different concentration or increasing dose on the same vial. I have also used it when changing my shot day with the split dose calculator to keep the weekly level similar.

This calculator has calmed my anxiety countless times when first starting out and adjusting my doses. It’s incredibly easy to use, and I love how you can reverse search to see “if I want “X” mg, I need to take “Y” units.

Fat Scientist is a great resource for me while using GLP-1/GIP medication. My dosage is specialized and the mg per ml in a vial can vary. The Tirzepatide dosage calculator is accurate and has been tremendously helpful to me since November 25 when I began and every weekly dosage thereafter including today. I highly recommend this trusted site.

This calculator is so useful! I’ve been on Tirzepatide for just over a year and have bought product from various telehealth companies, whose products have arrived in various concentrations. Used the site to increase my confidence in my dosing. I had a list of how many units per week from my doctor - I was able to backwards math that to determine the mgs per week and then adjust as needed. While I could do the math myself to convert ml to mg and units, this website has been invaluable in calculations. I also greatly appreciate the information on understanding the label (and the quiz!) - so glad this all is on one site and free!
