Dominic was incredibly helpful, diagnosing the problem quickly, and certainly went the extra mile in terms of explaining the best methods to remedy the situation in future.

Dominic diagnosed the issue quickly and was helpful in advising me what i can try next time to fix the issue myself before needing to call someone out.

The engineer was very experienced with the Miele washing machine.

Despite waiting for so long to find someone to repair my fridge freezer after several attempts. Faultfree team made sure my fridge freezer is sucessfully recovered it was challenging to the technician in that its abit aged so finding spare parts was challengjng but with the resilience and appliance knowledge all went well and now its working well. I gave him a good review from the first time he came to fix my freezer but he stole £293 from me for a part he never used and that i paid for, he sent it back and pocketed the refund. He doesnt have the balls to answer his phone. Karma is coming for you
