Not even that - do not order from this company

Order took weeks to arrive (from China) and the jumpers are cheap and nasty. Very disappointed

Not only did my order take a month and a half to arrive but when it did the boots were not even in a box. They sell cheap plastic imitation junk, drop shipped from China. The photo on their website shows superb quality leather boots, the product I received was appalling made completely with plastic and the cheapest mock suede material with a completely different heel. No updates during the process on my delayed order, I had to badger them. I was offered 25% off my next purchase, like I was ever going to use them again. 🤦Don't waste your money!

DO NOY BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE -
After battling to receive a jacket ordered and paid for in November with no outcome - being told repeatedly that I have received it - I have not. Last month I received a watch strap!
After contacting Evri they said the problem is with the business end in China putting wrong labels on parcels. Fayeand Rose insist I have received my jacket as they dont sell watch straps...???
This so called 'company' is a joke - and an expensive one!
Please warn others not to have anything to do with this company as they have no scruples or conscience.

Put bluntly, this is a Chinese company selling rubbish to unsuspecting customers who are drawn in by the lovely "mother and daughter" picture.
Avoid them.
One thing that made me laugh is the excellent reviews on their website, one of which is from Sophie M.
Sophie M runs their helpline and is one of the most un helpful people I have ever had occasion to deal with.
Order at your peril. Sad thing is not enough people read Trustpilot so end up losing their funds.

Do not order from this company. I ordered boots back in January- still nothing and we are now in March. Definitely not a Manchester “mother & daughter” company. Extremely misleading. I contacted my bank to get my money back - and have since received emails threatening debt collection agencies etc from “chris” a “customer support specialist “. Avoid.

This company is a complete scam. The products are not as in the pictures they are cheap with spray on colours that do not go all over the seams or even the back of the product. They are an AI fictional company they are not based in the uk and there is no mother and daughter at all - it is LIE!! Trading standards need to close this company down!!!!!

If there was an option of minus zero I would choose that rating, I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing two jumpers totalling nearly £90.
They mislead by wanting you to believe they are from Manchester and are mother and daughter, i received the items and so many issues with them both, and after raising concerns i received an email from someone called Sophie saying don’t listen to bad reviews and we offer an hassle free returns.. which she is now saying i misunderstood, when asking for the return address I got no reply so I bombarded her daily with requests to provide this.. with no reply until early hours today obviously from China again saying I don’t understand and asking if I want the return address.. honestly I’ve asked for this for weeks so why not send it.. I believe I only got this message because I said that I was taking this matter further and any costs incurred by me I would be claiming back from them..please please don’t buy from them

Very disappointed with my purchases. They arrived after 2 weeks and very poor quality. When checking the sizes quoted on the website, they where within a few centimetres, BUT, the photographs shown on the website COULD NOT be achieved from wearing a 'Large' size. (Unless the model was 1.2m tall) The jumper received only just reached my hips! The sleeves were 40cm long and reached my wrist as opposed to the blouson effect shown!
Then when looking at the returns small print it has to be returned to CHINA (NOT Manchester) at your cost (c£30) and then they add 15% admin fee!!!

Minus stars! What a rip off!
I am so annoyed that I did not check reviews before buying, I usually do.
Absolute piece of tat delivered, the cheapest thing I’ve ever seen. I’ve asked for a refund but looking at other comments, I’m not holding my breath.
Lesson learned.

Ordered a jumper in a grey/white colourway. Item arrived 4 weeks later, shipped direct from China, but in a beige colour. Have been told in emails that this is correct item. It is nothing like colour shown, therefore misleading.
Also its very unlikely they are based in uk.
Do not order from them

Given one star because i couldn’t move on.. it would be minus 1 if that was an option.
Wish I had come across these reviews before buying, and only realised after placing my order did i contact them.. after the confirmation email and link said ( no page )they said don’t take notice of the reviews, i actually asked before i had received my order if returns were free and i have emailed confirmation saying yes.. I’ve received the two jumpers costing nearly £90and they are terrible so many faults.. i requested how to refund and (Sophie) said under terms and conditions you need to pay tracked to China .. they deduct a 15% admin fee which they deduct of the refund.. i replied that i have a confirmation email from her stating that returns are free and sent this to her, she’s not responding. I’ve sent numerous emails daily and will be filling out a form with my bank to raise these issues..lesson learn and these so called mother and daughter based in Manchester is a scam.. I’m determined to let let this drop.

In spite of the clever marketing to say it is UK based, this company is based in China. On 29/12/2025 I ordered two knitted jumpers. They took ages to arrive and the products I received were absolutely appalling.
I attempted to contact the company to ask for a return to be initiated, but they ignored this request and just continuously offered increasing amounts of discount.
Because I was dissatisfied, I initiated a dispute with my bank. This is when things got interesting. When the bank contacted Fayeandrose.com to initiate the dispute, Fayeandrose.com sent a refund to my credit card. However, they also sent numerous threatening emails at the same time to say that I now owed them the money back and that they were going to engage in sending in debt collectors etc. Because I didn't want to have the threat of bad credit, I returned the funds to them using the link they provided. I did speak to the bank about it, and they advised me to send back the money, providing it had cleared into my account. They said that they were also continuing with the dispute on my behalf and that sending back the money would not affect that.
However, this is where this company is clever. I was forced to make payment by bank transfer to a UK based company called Ecompulse Ltd, based in London. Because the money was sent by bank transfer - I was unable to send it back using the original credit card I paid with - it has now 'killed' my dispute. As far as the dispute with the bank is concerned, the matter has been resolved as the original payment has been returned and credited to my account. Because I paid via bank transfer and authorised the payment, the money has gone and I cannot claim it back.
Whilst providing further evidence to the bank for my dispute today, namely the threatening emails etc, I realised that I have absolutely no comeback with respect to the dispute, that my money has gone forever and that I am now the proud owner of two terrible jumpers. I had a conversation with my bank and they confirmed that there was now nothing further they could do. I then asked them to be aware of this situation in the future so that they might be able to advise future customers and help them so that they don't lose their money too. I don't know what would have happened had I not paid, as it was a risk that I was afraid of taking.
All in all, it's been a tiring and frustrating journey and FayeandRose.com won. Please do not buy from this company and, if you do, be aware that they are a very nasty company to deal with if you have any complaints. Good luck

If I could give a negative star I would. This is NOT a Manchester based company - it is a Chinese business. I was assured in an email that the suede boots are real suede - they are a very poor quality of suedette. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
The goods took ages to arrive and the items were nothing like the listings on the website. I have asked for the last 7 days for their return details - of course it's a warehouse in China! They've offered me a discount on my second order. I will never be ordering from them again.

Took ages for my order to arrive and I had to chase it up three times. Eventually received after 4 weeks.

If I could give zero stars I would - absolutely abysmal products from China . Not what you expect or want ! DO NOT BUY from this company
