Currently reporting unavailability overdue statements for viewing online because of system "upgrade" (????) in March. Horrible wait times an hour or longer on hold. No IT assistance after poor website design/reconfiguration that is a fail and no longer being compatible with my iPhone OS for online app. Had to go to branch last week with rep to access online at all. Not even accepting password. This is a realignment of marketing priorities recently that fails entirely as a model for customer service. Fire the outside promotions agency responsible. And inhouse IT administrator. They are vastly unqualified. AI can do their jobs better.

Horrible costumer service at the ATM teller. Female teller with black and white hair (looks like Elvira) continuously rude and disconnects for no reason or warning. Date:1/7/2026

i have been a credit union member since I was 16. I even worked there in college! I recently have experienced financial challenges like never before. After some initial challenges with the mailing of a debit card overseas and understanding of repeat transactions being charged, the credit union and Alex and Devon and Linda went above and beyond giving me grace in fees far beyond what I expected completely restoring my faith in the Members First credo.

I can’t get past the call center. They will not help me get them paid. I have called numerous times with my insurance on the line to get letter of guarantee. Shannon just keeps hanging up on me. Allstate has reached out to them with no luck. You’re either 50th in line then to wait to be hung up on. There is not direct number to file a complaint. I have been trying to get them paid since August 24th. I can’t believe the way I have been treated. No help

First Community Credit Union in the Manchester, MO Walmart Center has the worst customer service! When I opened the account they were not friendly at all, nor did they offer any information about the services available. Then at the end of the month, they would not accept $4.17 in change, mostly quarters, so I could end the month at a solid round figure. They were very militant saying the change must be rolled. How can I roll a measly $4.17? If they can't even offer the minimal customer service, what am I to expect when I need more significant banking needs? Very dissapointed!
