I've used FC Exchange for a couple of years now for transfers large and small. I like the personal service, and the ability to talk through the rate -- sometimes you'll get a bit more for your money.

I recently sent a wrong IBAN and Gary in the "back office" (Customer Services Team) was amazingly fast and friendly in getting back to me so that I could correct my error. Calum, my designated rep, is unfailingly helpful and makes it happen.

Met Ben at Glasgow SECC where he did a good job of explaining the process. When it came to moving the funds, Ben kept in touch and when he was not available, organised a colleague to speak to me, until we made the decision to buy ZAR. The actual process of buying and sending the funds plus the audit trail documentation was quick, easy and straightforward. I was very happy. I just wish Ben had control of the exchange rate to get a better rate :-)

From start to finish FC Exchange could not have made this process easier. I live in the Dominican Republic and wanted to move money from my UK sterling account to my US dollar account here in the DR. You can complete the entire process on-line in minutes but if you do want to speak to someone then you have a dedicated representative at the end of the phone, mine was a great guy called Neil Poyton. Not only is the process really easy but you get a significantly better exchange rate. I can thoroughly recommend FC Exchange!

Really great experience, first time I've transferred money abroad and would recommend. I spoke to a broker on the phone who answered all my questions and he then called me back a few days later when the market was in my favor to make the transfer. Once you give the green light to buy the currency you have one week to transfer the money, which is really handy to have more than just a couple of days like others do.
