Seems like you guys don’t have much in stock anymore. Seems like you’re drop shipping most things from the manufacturers. A lot of items say “in stock” but when you order them they say “ships in 3 days”

At FCP Euro, we do have a very large inventory position across our three locations, but we can't physically keep all the parts we have listed on site in our warehouses. We do our work closely with our vendors to provide the most accurate and up-to-date lead times for items we don't physically have on hand. We are sorry to hear about the delay you have had with a recent order.
When browsing our site, a product listed as “Available: In Stock” means the part is physically available in one of our FCP Euro warehouses and ready to ship. If a product says “Available: Ships in X Business Days”, that indicates the estimated lead time for us to either drop ship the part directly to you from one of our suppliers or bring the part into our warehouse before shipping it out. We show the availability status on the product page and in the shopping cart. The availability status is also used during checkout to calculate the estimated delivery date for an order, which we then copy into the order confirmation emails based on whichever shipping option a customer has selected. Ultimately, our goal is to be transparent about our inventory as we don't want to cause frustrations for our customers, so we will continue to look for ways to improve on this front.

Website is easy to navigate. I like that it only shows compatible parts for my vehicle so there’s no confusion. I also like the installation videos available in the site as well as YouTube.

My daughter's car was surging and…
My daughter's car was surging and whistling, 2 and a half hours away where she lives now. She and my wife diagnosed the oil trap being the culprit. I ordered one from FCP for $209. I panicked and also went and bought one from the dealership the same day for a same day fix, it was $303 with tax. I have 3 more of these motors, FCP will be selling me two more next month . Original Volvo parts are wayyyy cheaper from FCP than the dealership. Thank you so much! Less than a 15 minute fix by the way.
