I can't recommend Fran enough. This was my first house purchase and all I've kept being told is how stressful and confusing everything will be and how it'll be hard getting in touch with everyone involved throughout the process. Only due to Fran is that not the case for me.

She has been amazing from start to finish, she replies to emails straight away, I never struggled getting in touch with her once, she gives you a heads up when she's away and will be unreachable. The weekly updates she provided throughout the process really helped me understand what stage I was at so I never once felt like I didn't know what was going on.

For anyone considering Fran for their conveyancing, do it! You won't be disappointed at all. I'll definitely be using her again when the time comes as it's made what I was expecting to be a stressful process, completely stress free!
