I truely love using this gym and with the new glam make over I find it an absolute pleasure to attend. I selected this gym due to it being 24 hours and of course Ryan. His dedication to helping me at a previous gym and more so here has been amazing. I love their classes and Ryan and Rhianna always push me so I always leave feeling I have achieved the most I can. always a friendly face and nothing is ever too much to ask. Thank you for making this a happy and safe place to train 💪 💪 💪

This is the best gym in town and after being a member since it opened in 2018 I still love everything about it. Whether you like weights or classes this is the place to be. It’s still as friendly and welcoming as ever. Day passes are available so go along and give it a try, I can highly recommend 🤩

Great gym, offers everything you need under one roof including sauna & Sunbed. Everyone is helpful and it has a great variety of equipment & the classes are great.

Only moved to Louth in October lat year and checked all the gyms out in the area, but Feelgood just has that good feeling about it. It's welcoming and got great access with it being 24hrs. Great variety of classes, great staff although they feel more like mates at this point, sauna is perfect for that recovery day and the app that's comes with your membership is brilliant. I could go on but if your not convinced by now....your loss.

Brilliant 24 hour gym! Class time table is great with wide variety of classes including les mills.. staff are friendly and welcoming.

Stacie at Feel Good has been amazing with both me and my daughter. We both had zero confidence and self esteem and we’re incredibly anxious to step foot in a gym. She’s been so understanding and guided us at our own pace and ability. Eight months later we are not only still attending and loving it but also feeling much fitter and stronger. I've been going to Feel Good since it first opened. It has all the facilities I need either in the gym rooms or on my own in the studio. I especially like the classes, the instructors are very good, both friendly and inspiring. I also like the way I'm welcomed as a septuagenarian, no ageism.

Excellent gym, friendly staff and atmosphere, always updating and added new equipment, extras to other gyms such as classes, sauna, sun beds, protein supplements, physio on site, etc. for people thinking off changing gyms or even just starting up. I would highly recommend feel good studio & gym.
