Scam company
I would give it a zero if I could. I have emailed and called multiple times regarding a return and have not received a single response. They never answer the phone and they do not call back. Do not order anything from this company. Scam!

No way to cancel my subscription and no answers to any of my emails. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Hi Ellie, We are so sorry you needed to write this review. We haven't had any emails from you to reply to. We do however have your email against your subscription. We will email you now. All the best
Foxy
Avoid subscription. Even if you cancel they still charge
Set up a subscription that came with poor-quality products and then cancelled it. However, I now keep getting charged £85 every two months. I have contacted them with no response by email, and the phone line that is never answered. This is clearly a scam company; please avoid.

Resposta da Feeling Foxy
Hi, We have received an email from you today & we have been in continuous contact.
Its a shame you felt so distressed to write this review.
We have read a lot of your reviews you clearly spend a lot of time feeling upset. (We are sorry that everyone including us is letting you down).
As noted in todays email, we haven't heard from you to reply to you. We are only just reading your review regrettably. We are most certainly not a scam company, we love our little online shop & we can only assume our repeat customers do.
Take care Mr F

However they use hermes as their delivery service- and hermes are literally a terrible company and the way they delivered this particular parcel was awful. (Package damaged, could see inside it)

Good selection
It wasn’t obvious that I needed to wait nearly two months for the delivery date. When I contacted them to ask where the parcel was though they sent one out straight away. Good range of products
