No stars! Boots not as described. Completely plastic. Fallen apart after wearing twice. No reply yet as I have asked for a full refund. Wish I had read reviews before purchase. Avoid this shop

Ordered leather cowboy style boots. Received cheap plastic boots that are nothing like what I ordered. Unfortunately saw reviews after I ordered. Not hopeful I’ll get a response regarding refund request

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I received the chestnut brown roper boots and they were not as described. Apparently were £100 reduced to £49 oiled leather. When they arrived they were cheap nasty plastic in a zip lock bag. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them about returning the boots as stated in their returns policy but they have ignored all emails and the phone number just goes to voicemail. I’m am currently in the process of reporting them to trading standards. A total scam!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give it no stars, I would! Total scam. The item that arrived eventually was wrong, not even listed on their website. Cheap rubbish. Tried multiple times to contact them via email and phone. No reply. The streetview of their "warehouse" is a normal house on a normal street. Will be contacting consumer affairs. Don't waste your time or money.

DO NOT buy from this company! It's an absolute scam. The item I bought was expansive but when it finally arrived (after a month) it was absolute rubbish quality and looked nothing like the pictures. Not leather, but plastic. Not the same product at all. Feline have ignored all my emails and their phone number goes straight to voicemail. Complete rip off. Disappointed.

The chestnut brown roper boots arrived today. They look nothing like the beautiful boots in the photo. They are cheap and nasty, not leather at all.. just plastic. Different in the details like colour of lining is black not cream. The sole is totally different. Its a total scam! They weren't cheap either. I have tried to call customer services in the UK, goes to voicemail. I have emailed them so will see if they reply but I would have to pay postage to return them to China. They came from China although they have an address in the UK. I'm really disappointed as the boots look so lovely in the photo. Just don't want someone else getting ripped off like me

One of the boots had a tiny mark when it arrived. I emailed the team and they responded same day and sorted it immediately. Really impressed.

Bought these as a birthday gift for my sister and she was speechless. The packaging was lovely and the boots looked incredible.

Delivery was quick and the boots looked exactly like the photos. Took a couple of days to break in but now they fit like a glove.
