Hi, I have used your product before and it works well, however, I ordered back on 12/31 and have not received my order yet.

Update: Felix and Fetch contacted me 24 hrs after I reached out to them and kindly informed me that there was a delay in shipment due to a high volume of business over the holiday, and it looks like it'll ship out next week.

I've changed my 1 star review to 4 and suggested that they add a feature that'll email customers to inform when an item sells out and a delay is expected. Thanks F+F.

I'm a big believer in FELIXANDFETCH 😁I have noticed my Boys teeth have cleared up a whole lot , and he doesn't notice any taste in his water , it has helped a lot if anything it's slowed the plaque down ! His breath is so nice ! Lol no more stinky breath 🐶my Cat doesn't mind it either 😸 his breath is like totally WOW ! So much nicer 😉I have tryed a few others and my Pets didn't want to drink there water so idk why but I do know I stopped trying others and now keep FAF in my house for my Fur Babies 🐈‍⬛🐩

The water additive I use is wonderful and works well for my little dog. I am wondering if goes bad after a long while as I have many bottles and I keep getting two a month can't seem to use all the bottles I have in reserve.

I would be very careful ordering from this company & especially avoid their product 'subscriptions'. The products are good, yes. But there is no way to contact them in a timely manner: no phone number, no chat, emails do not get returned for days. I had to put my doggy down and in my grief remembered to stop my recurring order with F&F. But the website was malfunctioning and would not let me sign into my account. When I tried to reset my password I got a notice 'we have no account with that email address'. But, yes, they did, and the very next day they sent me email notice of a new charge to my account. I sent several emails, one from their site which go no response whatsoever. Then one from my account email that got a form response saying it would take them 1-3 days to respond. Now I am being charged an overdraft fee. Still no response. Be very suspicious. There is no customer service to speak of and apparently, no website maintenance.

Fresh Dental is the best tooth cleaner for my 3 girls! They range in age from 6 months to 17 1/2 years. The best part is their teeth look like I brush them daily and it truly IS tasteless. My older dog would NOT drink the water otherwise. I have tried other brands before I found Felix and Fetch and she refused to drink.

I get the dental fresh for my 2 pit bulls and they never have bad breath and their poops are not so soft anymore!

My order from Felix was processed quickly and shipped almost immediately. It was received in good shape. It is nice to do business with a good company. They are great!!
