I haven't felt this good in 15 years. Doctor offices DO NOT check your hormone levels correctly, they don't do all tests needed for menopause. Thank God I found Fem Excel.

This company keeps good tabs on my blood work that I can submit by mail and has helped my menopausal hormones stay stable. They treat more than just the values indicated by the blood work and address symptoms as well. I feel good and have lost weight that I have been trying to loose unsuccessfully for almost 25 years. As a woman who is Perimenopause (with period). The medication and medical staff at Femme Excel are exceptional. If you can tolerate and have enough patience to navigate past the customer service and messaging wall on the front end. Only then will you start to feel better about continuing your care. But honestly, I ended up going with Femme Excel because of the provider services and beside manner regarding my feminine health....they were the only offering that listened and helped me feel better when my own doctor's were not addressing the real problems. The medications here were life-saving addition to my complex condition.

I started my Fem Excel journey six months ago. I was really struggling day to day with body pain, hot flashes, etc. Every symptom that I could imagine and even more were taking over my life. I'm 62, postmenopausal,and was dismissed by many Healthcare providers over the years that were either uneducated about hormonal issues or they were just plain dismissive. They would simply hand me a script for another medicine to add to my already growing list of prescription meds that I had. Over a 15 year period I suffered not knowing if there was anything to help. I had had a partial hysterectomy (tubes and ovaries still intact) in the late 1980's and was told by my Dr back then that I should not have any problem flying through menopause. They actually called it the "honeymoon hysterectomy" back then. Fast forward through the years, many Dr's, many female issues and misdiagnosed on a regular basis. I was ready to give up. The clinicians are great but the customer service is horrible! I’ve only had 2 orders from the pharmacy that were correct in 1.5yrs. When refill time comes it’s a complete nightmare. Last month it took me almost 3 weeks to get my refills because once again the person that answers emails and the phone did not do their job. Come to find out my clinician had ordered labs and until I got those done nothing was happening. It took me multiple calls and emails to get things figured out. The first call I was told the meds had already been sent out and to wait. I waited almost a week and finally called again and the same person on the phone told me everything was held up because of labs. Their service is spread across the US and one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. The Jamaican woman that answers the phone always sounds assuring and nice but with her I never can get a straight answer and nothing gets solved. I should not have to call and message multiple times to get things done.

I haven’t been able to schedule a follow up appointment since I started with the treatment. They have offered me a few unreasonable hours that I can’t do
