I haven't received my stair rods as of yet, but I had a phone call the day after I placed the order to update me on the delivery process
which I thought was very helpful
So yes, 5 stars are definitely due so far
I will update the quality when they arrive.

I'd throughly recommend Fenston Carter, the quality of the runner I received was very high quality, they called to double check the measurements and updated me when it was being made, the price in my opinion was very reasonable for the quality you get, they also provide excellent advice if you choose to fit it yourself like I did, I don't think I would have attempted without it and it looks beautiful in place on the stairs. If you you're looking for a stair runner then this is the place and I'll be recommending them to any I know . Well done guys.

Colour exactly like the sample—off-white with a clear herringbone. One corner had a slight kink from transport but it pressed out. Looks smart against our white stairs.  

I had some rugs cut from an uplifted carpet and finished with whipping. The guys made a lovely job of it and even agreed to deliver the rugs back to me when I was unexpectedly unable to collect as planned. Highly recommended.

We recently bought a stair runner through Fenston Carter on their Etsy page - and we absolutely love it. The material is really high quality and it is clear a lot of care has gone into making it. It was the final part of our hallway renovation and we couldn’t be happier with the finish. These guys were the only company we could find that offered nice, modern designs too. Highly recommended!
