We recently reached out to Fera Pets to let them know about the passing of our beautiful Luna. We were completely touched and overwhelmed when they sent flowers to our family along with their heartfelt condolences. During one of the most difficult times we have ever experienced, this unexpected gesture meant more than words can express. Fera Pet has provided us with great products for our girl and has also shown incredible compassion and kindness.
We will continue using Fera Pets’ amazing products because we know there are real people behind this company who truly care about the families and pets they serve. Their kindness reminded us that compassion still exists, and I wish there were more companies out there that valued the emotional connection we have with our pets the way Fera Pets does.
As we continue to process and grieve the loss of our precious Luna, this gesture brought comfort to our family during an incredibly painful time. Thank you, Fera Pets, from the bottom of our hearts.

Charged me for the product several days ago and sent me an email with a tracking number stating it was shipped. That was a lie, they simply printed the shipping label but a week later the product hasn't been shipped. It's hit or miss if their "customer service" bothers to respond. There are so many good products out there so there is no reason to deal with a company that doesn't care about their customers.

Fera Pet's response is disingenuous. Before I wrote the review, their website listed the status of my order as preparing to ship. It wasn't until I wrote this review that it changed to ship. The issue is not USPS, this issue is Fera Pets and their unwillingness to take accountability for their actions and shift blame reinforces their poor business practices. It's a shame because their products have potential, but it's given their dishonesty over shipping what else are they hiding?

I ordered Fera Pets Mushroom and have not received the order. It was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 11. Looking forward to completed order. Thank you.

I have been giving my 80lb Bull Terrier Fera products for the past two months now with great results. Their PawBiome,VeganOmega 3,6,9’s AlgaeOil,FishOil, PostBiotics,Prebiotics Probiotics along with their Hip&Joint Support.
Glad I was finally able to stop his chemical apoquel regiment. Definitely more active and loving…for sure a happier boy with a reward system of 5 points for every $1 spent;)
