If I could give a minus 5 I would. Ordered $143 worth of plants and 3 weeks later never turned up. They won't answer phone, return messages, emails. Put a complaint into paypal for refund and they sent someone else's tracking number for delivery to Blacksmith NSW 3500km away from me in WA. Australia post said the tracking number had nothing to do with my order. They are scammers and liars. I wouldn't want anyone trusting a company like this.

No reply to calls or emails , items only sent after refund case was opened with my bank . Do not buy from this nursery. Garden variety and Australian plants on line have been great.

Order several dozen plants online, after a few weeks and nothing, I rang to follow up on the order spoke to someone who said that I would receive a call back from Leanne (who managed orders). No call back. Weeks later no plants. Phones lines no longer work and no response to email. Now forced to follow up with credit card company to run down a refund!
