Always fresh and delicious
I have been buying coffee from Ferraris regularly for over a year now. The coffee is always fresh and consistent throughout batches. Coffee gives good crema and is very aromatic.

Great service, great coffee
Had a coffee in a small cafe in Chepstow. As you do. As I was drinking it I began to realise it was the greatest coffee I'd ever had.
I've been buying from them ever since and the service is excellent.

Dear Neil Robins,
Thank you so much for your 5-star review!
Have a nice day,

It stinks …
The smell coming from your bean roasting is awful for people living near by. I understand roasting is your business but some days it’s so bad we have to shut our windows. It’s not a nice coffee smell it’s a pungent burnt smell that attacks the nostrils in a very unpleasant way.

Resposta da Ferrari's Coffee
Mrs Fran Evans,
For the rest of the community on TrustPilot, we will specify that our headquarter is placed in the industrial Estate of Bridgend. We can assure you we are taking all the technical measures, following all of the law requirements and high standards to reduce the effects while we're producing our coffees. If we have known better ways to do our business, ensure working places and reduce consequences, we would have practised them. The smell of the coffee going through the process of roasting is different from the smell of the coffee in the coffee shops. That's a normal part of manufacturing coffee products.
Best regards,
Ferrari's Coffee.

False information
The owner of this company is giving false information Ferraris coffee was formed in the year 2000 and not by him. The owner bought this business 2 years ago so I am not sure why other reviews are saying the information that they are.

Resposta da Ferrari's Coffee
Hi Leanne
Just to confirm our current owners did take the business over a few years ago, and kept this business alive.
The history of this company is what makes it so special and that is the reason we bought into it.
We are keeping this great brand alive and will continue to do so.
Remember Colonel Sanders doesn’t own KFC but he is always remembered.
That is how we aim to ensure the history of Ferraris is not forgotten.
Ferrari’s Coffee is my favourite…
Ferrari’s Coffee is my favourite coffee.
I have been buying coffee from Ferrari’s for some time and their customer service is always excellent. My orders are generally delivered within 24 hours and the coffee never fails to impress.
My preferred blend is their signature coffee Piacentina and I always look forward to my first cup of the day. I have several friends who have tasted the coffee and have themselves become customers.
I wish Yash and his team continued success.

We’re so happy to hear you had a great experience with our coffee. Your review made our day! Our whole team works very hard to keep our customers happy, but we can only do it thanks to amazing customers like you.
Thanks again for choosing us, and we can't wait to see you again!
Have a wonderful day,
Ferrari's Coffee team.
Good company, would recommend them to anybody looking for a top quality service and products
I am a wholesale customer. First and foremost, its a great range of products - Their coffee is best bar none (we use Piacentina, but the Deluxe is also amazing), followed up with a service to match. Top draw! Competitive pricing in current difficult times, an easy to navigate website and free next day delivery on qualifying orders. We now deal directly through the website but in the past have dealt directly in person with employees who are pleasant, helpful and all round nice guys.
Good company, would recommend them to anybody looking for a top quality service and products. JP.

The best coffee beans around!
The coffee roasted and supplied at Ferrari’s is superb. It has great flavour, it is fresh, excellent value for money and as good or better than high street coffee shops in my opinion.
Service is always quick and efficient and as a customer of many years standing, Ferrari’s will continue to be my go to coffee bean supplier.

I've ordered a few times via ebay
I've ordered a few times via ebay, amazon and website. All have been bad.. Bad packaging, late delivery and no roast date. The coffee bags were OK but nothing to buy again. The coffee beans I had were low quality!! Would not purchase again. Not what they used to be unfortunately. Would not recommend 😕
