Hi Casandra, thanks for writing your review. I'm sorry to hear that your loan took a bit longer than expected.
We're always trying to improve the processing time and get our customers their money as fast as possible. In many instances, our approval and depositing is done instantly after you're all setup in our system.
Unfortunately, in your particular instance the delay was with your bank in depositing to you, and is out of our control as you understand. Other things affecting the speed you receive your money can be time of day you applied, or if it was the weekend.
Again, I'm sorry to hear this wasn't the speediest of loans. I hope you give us a second chance for your future loan needs.

I would recommend Ferratum to all my friends, family, and co workers. Ferratum has great customer service, and is quick to respond to emails. They are also very understanding in all situations. However I would suggest, the 5 day wait time to reborrow be changed.

Fast payment, friendly and helpful staff that respond quickly to questions. Easy, quick application process and a real life saver if you ask me because ive found myself in some tight spots and these guys came through above and beyond when noone else did. (Also i love the accents haha) Thanks!
