Costs way too much
Costs way too much. And on my second loan I asked for $250 over 45/days...it got changed to $200 for 25 days which I would not have done in that case if I had been consulted...don't think you should be able to do such things.

I think Ferratum is a great opportunity to borrow money when u need it in a hurry the interest rates are reasonable, the only problem I had is they changed my pin number without notifying me before this it was very easy to apply for loan without having to make calls thanks Ferratum your great!

I have had a great experience, I’ve been with Ferratum for about 2 years. Always able to give me payment options when something comes up and I cannot pay my loan on due date. Great helpful staff and the process is so easy and simple. Keep up the great work !! Merry Christmas and a happy New Year😊

i have used this company a few times …
i have used this company a few times and it was fine until the last time, i asked how much it was to settle my account before the due date, i paid the amount i was told and 3 weeks later i get a call saying i still owe money, ill never use their services again.
