The information sent to the email about the departure point was a bit wrong. But I am very pleased that the departure terminal changed the return date, because I had made a mistake when buying tickets online.

It is a bit annoying that you only get the final price after filling out the information for all the passengers.
But great that no extra fees are being charged. In general a smooth and simple booking process.
Also a reason for a missing star: Amex is not accepted and also my Visa Debit Card did not work.

Very uncomfortable way of travelling!!
First of all, no one told us about the delay, so we have been waiting at the pier for almost two hours - on our motorcycles, 3 a.m...cardrivers can sleep in the car....
There were no lounge chairs anywhere, so everyone who had not booked cabine,had to sit somewehere on normal chairs. This is a travel of at least 26 hours!! We decided to stay in the panorama lounge, due to the aircondition we were cold all night long, unfortunately, but it was the only possibility, if you dont have your own tent or matress to sleep on.
All facilities, including the columbus lounge, were closed (cinema, casino, fitness...)
Besides, many of the crew members were extremely unfriendly and seemed to be stressed.
The only thing we can tell positively, was the Restaurant, dishes were super, well tempered and quite ok in price. Also the public toilets were kept very clean during our travel.
We were glad to finally leave the ferry, no one of our group has ever had such negative experience as it was with your company this time.
