I needed to change my shipping address, and the customer service team changed the shipping address AFTER my package had shipped. They were extremely helpful.
I can’t think of worse billing practices and customer service than I’ve received here. I was very alarmed at seeing 4 pending charges for a quarterly membership. They then emailed me that my credit card wasn’t working. We resolved the issue which was about my card zip code. Then I get another email stating my card info wasn’t working even after I triple checked and updated everything. I saw another two pending charges from them and became extremely frustrated. No other company I have recurring charges with on this card has ever had an issue.
I responded to them asking to please be looped in with billing because I was possibly going to cancel my account if this continued to be such a mess. They responded by not looping me in with billing and cancelling my account without being asked to do so. WTF? Who runs a business like that?

I’ve been a member for years and have always been happy with the clothing quality and customer service. No issues whatsoever. Shipping has also gotten faster in recent years. Highly recommend.

I had a frustrating experience with Few Moda regarding their membership. Like another reviewer recently mentioned, I signed up for a quarterly membership at the time of my first purchase, and was shocked to find my credit card charged for an automatic renewal without my explicit consent. I don’t remember agreeing to an auto-renewal at the time of sign-up, and it certainly wasn’t made obvious. Adding to my frustration, the renewal terms weren’t included in the order confirmation email as the company claims they are.
They state members receive a reminder email before renewal. I received mine during the chaos of Black Friday/Cyber Monday (on December 2nd to be specific), when my inbox was flooded with way too many promotional emails. The timing couldn't have been worse.
When I noticed the charge, I immediately reached out to cancel and request a refund for the membership (as I have no intention in purchasing again). I emailed their support team 3 times over the course of a month and never got a single response. I was forced to dispute the charge through my credit card company—a step I’ve never had to take with any company before.
On top of all that, the quality of the clothing doesn’t justify the cost. The pieces I received felt poorly made, with cheap fabric and an awkward fit. I was so disappointed that I ended up returning both pieces.
Few Moda’s lack of transparency, poor communication, and unresponsive customer service have left me extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, especially with so many better options out there.

I’ve probably made about 8 or 9 little hauls from few moda and I love almost everything. The quality is SIGNIFICANTLY better than any online clothes store I’ve ever ordered from. Obviously not everything works out and there are a few things that have been somewhat unflattering on me but that happens with any store anyways and the return process is really straightforward. I’m pretty weary of websites that only have email support but I’ve reached out a couple of times now for any issues with my membership and they always get back to me pretty quick and are very helpful. Really love them overall.
Constant restocking mistakes. Weeks after an order being told they’re out of stock! Terrible customer service

The first time I had ordered from them, the quality of the items was not good. They also look worn. I returned the items, and they did not refund me for all the items. I had purchased multiple sizes so a few were not even opened before I returned them. They said that there were stains on the items, but it's stains that were on the items before I even received them. After a few email exchanges they refunded me the full amount. I'm locked into their annual membership, so I gave it another try. My order still has not shipped out and it's been over 10 days since I've placed my order. So, I'm not a fan.

I’m new to your store. My daughter loves it. I’ve ordered a couple of things that I’m waiting for. But in my brief time shopping there I feel It’s hard to get a good idea from the photos. I don’t seem to have that problem with other sites.
Wish there was more variety.

I love the selection of clothes. I love going through the new drops. I have liked every piece of clothing I ordered except for one and once I realized I wasn't going to wear it, the return period had passed so that is on me. But everything else I have received has been beautiful. I do wish there was a little more range when it comes to sizing, its not very inclusive for bigger sizes and as someone who ranges between a few different ones, I have to shop carefully here. Overall, I love the pieces I have and the selection!
I got my first item of fewmoda and it is very elegant and feminine, also good quality and the size was well described thanks to the reviews. I have to say that I always try to buy natural fibers. The shipping was fast and the company answered my questions quickly. The other Items I ordered have still not arrived. I would prefer to get everything at once and hope the good experiences continue.
This company will renew your membership automatically, even if you only selected a 3 month term. I do not remember ever signing up for an auto renewal and saw that my credit card was charged again for a renewal subscription. The clothes are Target/Walmart quality at best.

Love the dress I got and shipping was faster than expected!
Started off rough but customer service eventually corrected an issue. So far have liked all of the pieces I have ordered and hope to order more.
When returning items, they accused me of not returning half the items when every item was returned. It happened twice and I asked for a membership refund because I didn’t feel confident in making another order but in each email, they ignored that request.
Very frustrating. Complete waste of time.

Bad quality - bought a merino wool sweater that pilled after wearing it for 3 hours. I have some stuff thats not bad quality but will say the quality is very hit or miss
I am not sure if this is up to Few Moda or the manufacturers that create the clothes, but I think it would be useful to have models of different sizes for each garment. As someone who is mid-size, it is difficult to get an idea of how the clothes might look on my body when the only models are very slim. Needless to say, I have had to return quite a few items which ultimately led me to cancel my membership.
Clothes are excellent quality and shipping/returns were easy and efficient.
