I had a fantastic experience with this company. The communication was clear, concise and to the point, and as a busy person, I really appreciate that. I also really like the research I participated in, and I enjoyed the research interview process. The interviewer was very thorough and asked interesting questions. I did not feel bored for a second and felt like my answers might actually contribute something meaningful to the research. I would highly recommend this company because they are very good at not wasting people's time, and they are also very professional.

Great market research company
Great market research company. Communication was open and fluid and when I needed to change the time of my session it wasn't an issue. The researcher was warm and a joy to speak with and they organised things quite quickly. Would highly recommend.

The team from Focus are extremely professional and they provided excellent directions to the venue. Where the team was very kind at making you feel welcome and comfortable. Procurement market research for Japan
I was contacted by FG connect to participate on a marketing research for Japanese market, after only a couple of emails I was appointed to talk to their client regarding the same.
