Great Market Research company. Very professional as well as welcoming and friendly at the same time. All in all a good experience.

As expected, the research was very well organised by FG Connect. I was given frequent calls and emails outlining the research criteria from the project manager.

The focus group discussion was interesting. I also enjoyed spending time with a wide spectrum of people and listening to their options. The payment incentive was organised and processed very quickly afterwards.

I took part in Market Research delivered by FG Connect on behalf of ONS and found the whole process very straightforward from start to finish.
