Exploding vessels. High prices. Delays in shipping. I’d use FH a lot more because their vessels appear higher quality if the failure rate was lower and shipping delays didn’t occur so often. Also, their pricing isn’t very competitive. My clients like the premium looks but the failure is too high so it’s not sustainable for me.

I'm writing this review during the busy Christmas holiday season in the hopes that somebody else will not have to go through the heartache that we are going through. We placed an order with this company last weekend on Friday. They didn't get around to shipping it until Monday. I asked them to send it by FedEx and overnight instead. I got a phone call on Tuesday telling me it would be a delivered on the 12th of December. I had specifically said several times in my conversation with her that it needed to be here for a Christmas party for some young kids on Sunday. I even asked for a Saturday delivery if necessary which is extremely expensive as well just to cover myself. When I realized that they made a mistake the first time, she said that they were sending out another parcel. It would be here today. She guaranteed. At 5:00 a.m. this morning. Neither one of them had even left their loading dock. And of course it's going to take five to seven business days to return the money that they so desperately needed to have before they could even think about shipping my parcel won't be returned. I have screenshots from FedEx that say that the parcels never left their loading dock and I don't know if this company is a scam or what their game is. But you know what if you can't send 100 jars on time then there's a really big problem. They tried to say that FedEx never bothered to show up. Well, I have never known FedEx to be unreliable that way. Now I have to you know spend more money and about five times more to get the stuff delivered by Amazon if I'm lucky because I don't feel like breaking these kids hearts. Nice one! If you don't actually need to get your parcels then I suppose they're fine.

My #1 go to for my body butter and beard butter jars. It's not just the looks of the packaging, it's how well it is made. The double wall jars keep my butters soft and protected.

Stay away from this company. I received my order of roll on bottles but it did not contain the roller ball or the caps. The company have not responded to my emails or phonecalls since. I'm now over £300 out of pocket with over 500 unusable bottles. I think I've been scammed and will be contacting trading standards!

I used their 2oz bottles with compatible dropper tops. I bottled and sealed hundreds of bottles and shipped them out to stores and over the course of a couple months the liquid inside started to show obvious signs of evaporating. Every week they get lower and lower and does not hold liquid. I called them and they said it was past a 30 day window and no one has ever complained of this before so they could do nothing. I have a lot of unhappy customers and wasted work to recall all these items and re-top them. This issue would not have showed within 30 days but they gave me no help and just said that I should have tested them before I shipped them to customers. Thank you for the unsolicited advise and unwillingness to give any compensation. I will never use this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I truly wish I could leave this company zero stars because that is what they deserve. I ordered 1400 30ML bottles and droppers from this company two times. I was assured that the components of the first order were compatible with the components of the second order because the quantities did not quite lineup. Unfortunately the second order was not compatible with the first order, and I had many bottles leak, forcing me to replace over $2000 worth of inventory! I requested a simple $600 refund for the faulty products from FH packaging but it is clear they are not interested in standing behind the quality of the products they sell. If you are a business owner like myself, please avoid dealing with this company at all costs.

I was pressed for time with a huge project, they were so reliable I got my supplies quickly and efficiently and was able to put my stress behind me. I work with dozens of bottling companies and I have to say that FH Packaging is my favorite. A company is only as good as its people and working with their superstar Debora Arnold is a real pleasure. She is absolutely the best in the industry; extremely knowledgeable, best response times, and fun to work with. I congratulate FH for having such great people and great service!
