I am currently day 1 post op of a 360 FDL. I am blown away by this clinic and the staff and my surgeon, Dr Raminta. They are all soo professional and very friendly. They all speak very good English. I instantly felt welcomed and at home here and I just knew I was in safe hands. It can be very daunting coming to a different country but I would 100 % recommend this clinic and I'm already booking to come again next year. Truly outstanding. Thank you so much. Xx

I had top surgery with Dr Kaikaris in March 2023, and am now 4 months out from my surgery. My results are absolutely incredible, I could not be happier!

My experience with the whole team was absolutely wonderful.

The patient liaison (Karina) is incredibly helpful and kind, she answered all my questions every step of the way - and even popped in to see me after my surgery, which was so sweet!

Dr Kaikaris himself was extremely friendly, professional, and explained everything in detail. He took his time with me, and is clearly an amazing surgeon!

My room at the clinic was very self contained, private and quiet - it was a really nice place to relax and recover. Every member of staff I interacted with was so lovely.

Justinas Grasys - such an amazingly talented human being! I had MMO with him in May and the whole process was flawless. From booking with Karina, having pro op checks and bloods taken and my consultation with Justinas the day before surgery, everything was so easy. The clinic is absolutely spotless and Justinas is so calming, reassuring and thorough; we discussed what I wanted and he was honest about what he could achieve. Surgery was smooth sailing and recovery was straightforward. He quickly responded to any questions and I trust him implicitly- I am blown away by his work. I’m almost 52 but have the body of someone half my age. Thank you so much Justinas, I will forever be grateful to you ♥️

I chose Dr Justinas after lots of homework and observation I knew he was the Dr for me.
Let's start with Justinas!
He is an angel on earth. His talant and attention to detail is totally unlike anything we have from our UK Dr's that I've experienced.
He is so gentle and really cares about your overall health and wellbeing. He makes you feel totally at ease and his English is fantastic.

Unfortunately I had a rare post op complication nothing to do with the clinic just part of the risk with any surgery. Now Justinas didn't just say oh well your discharged you fix it. He was INCREDIBLE I returned twice to Lithuania the 3rd visit I sadly needed further surgery to resolve my issue they took the best care of me. I hadn't realised how poorly I'd actually become until I felt better after this second operation. I was so worried about having my tummy tuck re opened but actually you'd never know!

Next.... KARINA!
Fi clinica let me tell you..... You've a jewel there. She is absolutely fantastic. I can only imagine her work load is huge with constant repetitive questions. But she is so kind caring and always does her best to sort any queries promptly.

Exceptional care. The only thing I thought was a little different to the UK was the lack of obs.

If I had an health issues in the future that needed surgical intervention I would 100% come back here.

Lovely little set up I saw VK in July he was lovely very knowledgeable. And I look forward to seeing Justinas again in September.

I had a lift and implants with Dr Justinas in March and they are everything I wanted and more. The ease of booking and also very prompt reply’s are excellent. The detail dr justinas went into was amazing they are all so caring and kind I am over the moon with my results.

Wow what an amazing experience. Karina has been amazing with communication and any questions all throughout. The clinic itself is amazing and so luxurious 5* the reception ladies are lovely and the nurses are so so kind and sweet.

Dr justinas is absolutely incredible if you are thinking of having surgery with him look no further. I had my consultation with justinas and he was so kind and patient with me. I was unsure on implant sizing but he really took his time and explained absolutely everything in detail. The day of my surgery justinas was very calm and reassuring which made me relaxed and not at all nervous for my surgery. I can not thank you enough Justinas my results are absolutely amazing better than I ever expected.

The clinic looks amazing and the services are great. I did a breast lift with implants with dr. Justinas and I couldn't be more happier with the result. Dr. Justinas listened to all my wishes and delivered accordingly.
The result is even better than I imagined.

Dr Rainys has changed my life.

From the minute I booked to present day I have nothing but respect shown to me. The booking process was easy. The consultation with Dr Rainys was great he listened and gave me his expert opinion and 8 weeks later I have the body I have been dreaming of.

I had surgery with Dr Justina’s, and from start to finish Dr Justina’s and Karina continued to have great communication throughout. At my consultation Dr Justina’s was extremely professional, made me feel so comfortable and at ease, answered all my questions and was just a beautifully gentle human being.

My surgery went amazingly well and the aftercare I received was amazing. The staff are more than happy to help you with any personal care and dressing changes after discharge from the hospital.

I would definitely recommend this clinic. Really life changing, especially with my muscle repair, I can now lift heavy weights again, it has also built my self confidence. So thank you to all at fi clinica.

I can’t praise my experience with Fi Clinica highly enough- from Karina coordinating my operation, to Justinas Grasys’s phenomenal skill, and the ability to have a follow up appointment in London with a surgeon from Fi Clinica to confirm recovery was going well. The whole experience was fantastic and for someone who couldn’t believe they’d made the decision to go to another country, I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
I couldn’t write this without noting Justinas in particular. I knew he was good, that’s why I chose him as my surgeon - for his beautiful belly buttons. However I couldn’t have imagined quite how spectacularly he would deliver, and how much he listened to me and understood my very loose brief of ‘small, sophisticated sexy boobs’. My scarring is so neat, my nipples perfectly positioned and my boobs, well, I still have to pinch myself daily that they are mine! Thank you, thank you, thank you Justinas. I adore you and think you’re a god.

Such an amazing experience , had my surgery 4/7/23 with Dr Kaikaris, what a legend. So reassuring, courteous and caring. Put both myself and my husband at ease. Had my BA/BLIFT and from the initial email to Karina to the surgery and aftercare it’s been truly wonderful. The nurses and staff are all fantastic, results are amazing so far and the city of Kaunas is truly beautiful

Highly skilled staff, amazing front staff and nurses. I had a 360 tummy tuck with liposuction, My Surgeon was Dr Justinas Grasys , He is an absolutely amazing surgeon, he goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are completely happy with their results . The confidence I have now got is all down to this man and his amazing work. I will return for more surgery with Dr Justinas Grasys in October .

My surgery experience with Fi Clinica has been amazing.
The staff at Fi Clinica are kind, professional, empathetic and caring.
I travelled from Ireland to have breast augmentation with implants with Dr. Domantas Rainys although having surgery abroad seems scary I never felt alone as the staff at Fi Clinica and Dr. Rainys support go above and beyond for their patients. I am 3 weeks post op and my results outweigh my expectations, Dr. Domantas Rainys has truly changed my life the confidence I now have when I see my body. I am so upset my surgery experience is now over it was truly one of the best experiences of my life. Thank you Fi Clinca team and my amazing surgeon Dr.Rainys.

An absolute diamond of a hospital - my experience was 5 star. From initially making an enquiry back in January - Karina answered all my questions quickly and effectively.
The ladies on reception are warm and friendly - every person I can across were professional and personable.
I had my surgery 14/6 with Dr Raineys - he is AMAZING. From the full in-depth consultation to my actual surgery I felt safe. Which as someone who works clinically in the healthcare industry it’s imperative that you can have this rapport with the person that has your life in their hands.
I had a MMO and I’m currently day 16 post op - smooth recovery so far. I have even booked in for an arm lift next year!!

An amazing experience from start to finish. My surgeon was Domantas Rainys and I cannot recommend him or the clinic enough. Dr Rainys was professional, honest and caring and I felt safe in his hands. I have extended tummy tuck and breast reduction with uplift, the nurses, physio therapists and theatre staff looked after me so well. The clinic is immaculate, and my after care was simply outstanding! I’m only 8 days post op and my surgeon has still answered my questions personally even though I am back in the UK. Some of my family and friends were wary that I was travelling abroad for this surgery, however on my return many have already asked for my surgeons email address to enquire. Amazing clinic, wonderful staff, the best surgeon and fantastic results! If I could give them more than five stars I would.

Communication and efficiency was absolutely excellent. 9 weeks after breast augmentation and lift, all swelling and bruising has gone. The recommended size is perfect and I could not be happier with the end result. Thank you Dr. Justin and your entire team.

Won’t regret it. I will be doing a YouTube video of my experience. From consultation with my surgeon (who was amazing) Dr Marius Kašėta, right through to after the operation where he would check up on me to make sure I was okay. All the staff were amazing. I didn’t for once feel uncomfortable even though I travelled all the way from London - you wouldn’t get this service in the NHS. Thank you to the whole team at Fi clinica. You guys are awesome. Had a breast reduction and uplift with Prof Vygintas Kaikaris 2 weeks ago. I am so happy with my results. I feel like a new person. I am only 22 so this was a big decision for me but Fi clinic was amazing. The nurses and everyone working were so kind. The food was lovely. I was well looked after. My surgeon knew what would look best on me and reassured me I would have the best shape. I am so happy and would recommend to anyone. I don’t plan any more surgeries but I would 100% choose Lithuania and Fi clinic again!
