After placing my order, I received an email informing me that two of the three selected products were not in stock – even though they were displayed on the website during the ordering process and the payment had been processed accordingly.
I did receive my refund quickly, but this is no reason for me to order from here again. It's a shame, as the selection is large, but it seems that not everything is always available, even if it's listed as such.

So, belatedly, here it is:

There is an email from me to objednavky(at)hayashi.cz dated January 9, 2026, at 10:41 AM.

My reply regarding order EU3128 was addressed to a certain Ms. Spinkova. I briefly requested that the entire order be canceled, as two of the three products were apparently not in stock after I placed the order, as she had previously informed me.

Telling me that a product marked as "out of stock" cannot be ordered is outrageous. Of course, products marked as "out of stock" cannot be added to the shopping cart; that's how online shops work. Thanks for the explanation!

I'll try to explain it to you again (although I think you don't want to understand): I was able to order three products precisely because they were listed as 'in stock'! Afterwards, because apparently your company isn't maintaining the website carefully enough, I was informed by Ms. Spinkova that two of the products are now out of stock.
SO: ONLY 3 out of 5 stars. One might say justified. I order online often, and this kind of thing rarely happens. SO again, 3 out of 5 should be fine. Just write here you are sorry, if you consider replying.

But to insinuate that I'm not a customer and just wanted to leave a bad review is quite audacious, in my opinion. Customers like that usually give 1 out of 5 stars and don't have a fitting story behind their rating. But perhaps 3 stars is still too much for your company.

Jeg var en smugle skeptisk i starten, grundet en masse blandet kommentar, og Reddit sagde også noget blandet! Men jeg skrev til dem, og fik svar med det samme!.

Jeg vil 100% henvise folk til at kunne stole på dem, og de har endda fantastiske priser, og hurtig forsendelse.

Mundschutz kaputt,nachdem ich es gekauft habe. Ich habe dort mehrmals Emails geschrieben, keine Antwort!

Hatte am Anfang Bedenken weil der Shop unbekannt ist.
Boxhandschuhe bestellt, es ist alles wie beschrieben.
Schnelle Lieferung und sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Team.

Was hesitant to order because there were no reviews here but all worked well in the end:
- Got something that even with shipping was priced better than in local shops here.
- It was shipped from CZ the next day after my order, delivered to NL on day 4.
