I bought a pair of tennis shoes tried on at home but found too tight rang nxt day only to be told couldn't get refund nxt size or store credit because didn't have box - when at register to pay I specifically asked not to have box as I have too many at home was not told that box needed for any refund - Fila would have still had box as it was only nxt day - bought other items there on that same day but couldn't get any solution - will never shop there again and will let all my tennis teams know what happened - very disappointing

Been buying from fila online for many years but I've noticed recently the clothing is running large, a size above and have had to return clothing because of it,jackets and hoodies that were previously XL and now fitting like XXL

Stay away from Fila.
Faulty Fila runners that are not worth it, terribly poor quality on the inner and outer. Worn out after not even a few months of wear. Customer service is quick to get rid of my complaints so there's no care nor accountability. Nasty and cheap shoes!

As a long-term loyal customer, I would never buy any FILA product again, such awful customer service. I was been rejected to exchange the wrong size shoes because the box is taped.

It was wrapped by Australia Post staff while I had to pay for it.

The shoes are in perfect condition I didn't even try them. FILA Australia is such a failure, the shoe box part of the product? with this such a stupid reason for rejection is unacceptable.

I'm happy to pay for the stupid box instead of keeping the wrong size shoes lol.
