Bad inventory management, communication and customer service.
My €300 order AEZLZTOCL got off to a poor start due to bad inventory management and incorrect details in the webpage. The original product was out of stock, despite being listed as 'in stock.' Finding a replacement was a lengthy e-mail chain process where I had to suggest several alternative colors of a filament only for the seller to later inform me that they didn't carry that brand at all.
Once I finally accepted a 7-roll refill pack of PETG (instead of the original 5 spools) from a different brand of PETG that they had, the delivery was further delayed due to the stock status of another item.
As a final disappointment, the invoice revealed that the replacement spools were actually PLA, not PETG that we were trying to find replacements for the whole time. The entire process was slow, riddled with errors, and required constant intervention on my part. I offered to keep the 7kg of wrong PLA and if I got a discount code of 40-50€, I would continue being their customer by buying the PETG that I needed 1,5 months ago.
Turns out a ”symbolic discount” of €5.00 voucher code was the least bad insult they could add to the injury. These guys don’t have inventory management, good communication or customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
