I had bought the online lumi eyes masterclass . Whilst the product arrived on time I have emailed the filler direct education dept three times to send me a link to complete the course it has still not arrived ( bought two weeks ago ) I have now had to cancel my models and withdraw my marketing for the product. This is very disappointing and time consuming

I love ordering from filler direct as the product prices are very good , website is easy to use and always get my orders delivered on time . I also feel the way filler direct pack you’re order is really good keeping product safe from any damage and also adding a little touch , the parcels always have a small sweet gift in . It’s the little things that count and they do make you feel your custom is appreciated.

This company is charging for card payments . I tried to pay by bank transfer to avoid this but my bank said I would be left unprotected if I didn’t receive the goods . I called filler direct who said they can charge ! as most people pay using a business card . I said I’d use my personal account then but I was told I would be charged . This is off putting , as was the man who took my call . It’s a shame as I was recommended this company and was looking forward to many years of business . I have made previous orders and not noticed the 2 percent .

Great service and reliable. I have been a regular customer of filler direct for a number of years for my business. I order regularly and spend a lot with them. However, my one down side, is they seem to favour a lot of practitioners with a big following on instagram. They send them gifts for Christmas, Valentines, etc. I haven't ever received anything to show I am a valuable client to them. Despite spending 1-2k with them a month. Thats my only negative. If you do for one, you should do for all. So I may look to change suppliers in future as I don't love that about their brand.I would never gift one client and not another. But thank you for your fast delivery, reliable service and quality product.

Filler direct is my go to for all things aesthetics products. Never let me down. I totally forgot to order on Friday before 6.45pm, ordered at 8pm and I emailed to ask if they could post today (Sunday) as needed it for Tuesday. They were right on it and posted it today for me for a Monday delivery. Couldn’t be more grateful for a 5 star service company! Keep it up guys! 🥰
