I been buying from FillerSupplies for 4 years and they never disappointed me!! If my shipment is delay they replace it right away. And All the products of course are legit! Highly recommended them! Awesome customer services!

have been with this company for years and Amelia is fantastic! honestly, she’s the only one I communicate with has always been very prompt, cordial and very professional! I feel she’s a great asset to this company as many if not most fail to communicate properly. Once my order was processed and packaged, I would receive tracking and very rarely Would my package be delayed beyond the expected timeframe and if there were delays, Amelia would notify us beforehand. pricing is decent and right in line with most other companies however, I believe their packaging is superior especially with Botox never have I received Botox without ice , packaged perfectly , and never once if I had anything held up in customs, another problem with many companies out there that I have dealt with!! thank you again Amelia ! :)

Amelia was highly communicative and kept us fully informed the entire time for our first official order. We have been very happy with our experiment so far. We were offered a discount once opening our account online and the paperwork to process our first order was very straight forward and easy to complete. Tracking information was inaccurate. Tracking stated Botox will be delivered on 4/17 and it was delivered on 4/16 instead. The package was signed for by a neighbor. He didn't alert me he had the package unit evening of 4/17 and the ice melted in the box compromising the product.

Absolutely horrible service. I do understand that the people in customer service aren’t medical professionals, but if the products are available to advanced practice RNs I do expect them to be paying some attention when approving orders. The representative received my information and all licenses, including my APRN license but didn’t understand what it meant and cancelled my order. That itself was frustrating especially when I told her on the phone my license that I held an APRN license.
When I finally got it straightened out and tried to reorder I requested the code for a 5% off incentive to new accounts, which I had been. They could not honor that because they had already made a mistake on my account. It’s ultimately a small amount, but I can’t do business with a company who doesn’t understand basic service.
Edit: I had ordered product and submitted a screenshot of my licenses, as per their request. If more information had been requested such as an NPI number or further proof of APRN licensure besides the screenshot of my current California license, I’d have happily provided it.

I created an account on this website but never got activation email. Called them problem got fixed. I order to get your order processed you should print out a form, fill it out and fax/ email it to you. Didn’t know. Called them again and was told so.
Form filled out out my medical license and credit card information was given. Ordered was placed, got ordered number. Emailed them and noticed everything is done from my side.
Still no respond, no email back from them.
Then I had to call them again and was told my order should not be less than 500 (then changed to 200$) to be able to get processed!!!
If you respect your costumer you notify them at the time of ordering you order would not be processed due to this reason. Second in what universe you order and get no email back????
I felt bad I gave my credit card info and license number to them.

I have been dealing with Filler Supplies for a few years now and I am very happy with everything they offer. I have never had a problem with their products, all of it is authentic and at unbeatable prices (For the quality of course).

This company is top notch! I ordered my products on a late Friday afternoon, and holiday weekend, they arrived early on Monday morning. After I placed my order I was immediately contacted by Amelia who was absolutely great. As my products shipped, I got updated texts every day where my order was and the time it would arrive, then a notification it had arrived. I will always do business with this company for my brand new aesthetic business. My products were packaged exceptionally well, and nice and cold.
