Took around 3 weeks to arrive due to apparent issue with the supplier of the leather cover. Once I asked for a refund on the order they said the will have it with me within a week.
It was a rushed job, the leather was cut to size terribly, which i had to redo myself. To make matters worse the film door had been glued shut...took me an hour to get it unstuck once it arrived. Overall an unsatisfactory experience.

Bought an Olympus Mju II camera from them as a gift for a family member. Specifically wanted as good of a cosmetic condition as possible in a silver colour and was ready to pay a premium (was prepared to pay way above average price for mint/boxed if possible hence didn't flinch at high prices). This shop came up as one of the results. They came back to me a few days (alarm bells ringing) later offering a camera in a bad cosmetic condition for a 20% discount, as they don't seem to have one they are advertising in stock. I asked for money back - thankfully they did so instantly. However... The camera they advertised is still on the website! Careless or intentionally misleading? I suggest avoid these guys.

Great selection of 35mm SLR cameras at very reasonable prices. My order arrived within 2 days and in fantastic condition. Highly recommended to anyone looking to get into film photography.

After writing about them in 2020 warning people of high prices and how those without general knowledge of the market are very much ripped off - nothing changed. Their prices are still astronomical. You’re being taken for a ride if you’re buying what they’re selling. I was looking into buying a new camera as I’ve been shooting for a long time now and remembered that people are still there to exploit people without proper knowledge for gain.

At the time of ordering my camera, the one I originally selected that was in stock at the time of ordering was actually not in stock, but I wasn't told this until I emailed to enquire about my late delivery. It then took a while to decide what was in stock and finally get a camera. I did get a discount for the trouble, but around 1-2 months after I received the camera, it stopped working and didn't take photos. The film and batteries are fine, so I'm unsure what the trouble is, and have emailed to ask but have not received any reply in 5 months.

Camera doesn't work. And you don't reply to any mails.

Fast Delivery and working camera (so far). However, the camera was clearly not serviced as the lens came dirty on the inside and would've required dismantling to clean. The light seals were also not replaced, which might not be necessary, but would've been signs of a decent service. Dirt was also found all over the camera as though it had come back from a trip to the Grand Canyon.

I will test the camera with a roll of film to confirm how well it actually functions, but I have to say, the price was three times what I saw on eBay and the quality was about as good.

The camera model itself is great and I have so far enjoyed its use. I personally do not want to return it for that reason, but I don't think I would come back due to the aforementioned issues.

Got sent a faulty camera, I’ve tried contacting them multiple times to rectify and I’ve been ignored every time.
The camera was very expensive, my husband bought it as a gift to me and now the quotes I’ve had to repair are £200-300. On their website they claim ‘All our cameras are thoroughly cleaned, tested and serviced before being listed for sale on our website’ which must be a lie. I will continue contacting to get a resolution but I don’t have much faith as it’s been over 7 months already.

The camera arrived quite dirty with lots of dust and dirt. Although second hand, I would have assumed the camera would 'look as good as new.' Delivery time was reasonable.

Packaging was damaged.

The product still hasn’t arrived.

I got sent a broken camera, told I would be sent a new one then followed up and still have no camera, response or refund????

Ordered on 7th Feb and expected delivery earlier this week. Cannot get though on fb, text, calling 2 different numbers, have tried online chat and email form and nothing! Very concerned this company is a scam.

My order has still not arrived. Tried phoning, the number was not recognised. Filled the online form, no response. Went on chat, no one came on, just an automated response. Please can I talk to someone as my order has not arrived.

Having previously had a good experience, my latest order experience has been awful. The order still hasn’t arrived and today is the last day of the delivery window. But the infuriating thing is: they do not answer emails or messages looking for order updates.

Ordered a camera which they tested again just before sending out. Turned out to be faulty. So they sourced a new camera to send which with used models of this type would have been a bit a chore i am sure. Works great. (So far)

Fantastics service. Whilst i did pay for express delivery which i didnt get, i wasnt bothered because the reason for this was that i ordered something they knew wouldnt work with my camera. So instead of just shipping it and not caring, they chose to email me and confirm i had made a mistake and swapped it out with the correct item.

They were very helpful by suggesting ways to get the product shipped, else I would have canceled it
