Absolutely the worst customer experience that I have ever had.
Base estimate for delivery was three weeks. When I inquired because it was late, I was told "another week." When I inquired after week four, I was told that it hadn't even shipped yet because they had the wrong clasps.
I was asked if I wanted different clasps. I EXPLICITLY said no. I was shipped a jacket with wildly different clasps anyway. When I demanded a refund on a product that was not what I ordered, they attempted to tell me that I would be responsible for shipping cost after they had repeatedly lied to me.
Their website also DOES NOT post your reviews.
Borderline scam. Do not buy from them.
EDIT: And three years later, they're now fighting hard to get this review removed, including such brilliant moves as claiming this review wasn't about them AFTER THEY REPLIED TO IT.
For transparency: I was eventually given a partial refund, only after having to dispute the charges with my bank. The coat is still not what I ordered, the clasps are still cheap, and it still took more than twice as long to arrive as promised despite being advertised as "in stock."
That's called LYING.

I am Happy with this company but i had an issue with them. they sent me a Knight Rider jacket but it was not perfect fit to me. i requested to customer to return this but they asked why you want to return for a refund any help we can? i told about my body and they made it to me custom size jacket without any but they charged to Shipping and handling.
well every one have their opinion.

BEWARE
Customer Service with this company is terrible. Be very careful when purchasing. They DO NOT honor their return policy. You will be stuck with the merchandise if it’s not what you want. They refuse to return or want to only return 1/2 the price. Very unfair!! I do not recommend this company, nor will I ever purchase from them again!!!!

You made purchase for someone else and even you don't know the Size, you did place order, The order was for exchange purpose and we were doing exchange even though you made wrong size selection. you returned the jacket in used condition like falling down from bike.
