Would I recommend filtered water solutions? Absolutely not! Why?
I had these filters installed in my house back in 2019 and at the 10 month mark they would constantly call and hound me to make an appointment to have my filters changed, I would tell the phone consultant I will call when it’s time to change my filters and make an appointment that’s suitable due to being a shift worker and not having a set roster and only getting my roster a couple of weeks in advance. So being a considerate customer it would be easier for me to call and let the company know when I was available and try to match availability that way. Fast forward to 2023, I called on the 22nd or 23rd of February to make an appointment for my filters to be changed on the 1st March 2023 due to being on a day off, the appointment was made. Come to the 1st of March and no one showed up to change the filters, I finish work Thursday afternoon and had 7! Missed calls and a message asking me to let the technician in to change the filters. But keep in mind I had made an appointment for the 1st of MArch l because it was a day off. I have made 3 phones calls in total over 3 days to see why it was booked in for the wrong day and to try and to arrange a new appointment to have to my filters changed and serviced. 2 weeks later and I still have NOT received a phone call back to arrange an appointment. I’m not really sure how a company can be this unorganised and have such terrible communication with their customers, am I happy to pay the $190 for my filters to be changed and service and to have good quality drinking water? Yes I am, but I am not happy to pay the price when phone consultants and technicians cannot do their job correctly and leave their customers “hanging”? Absolutely not. So my plan moving forward will be to have these filters removed from both my properties and will be seeking a new company to install and service my filters or I will be looking into sourcing my own filters and changing them myself, and not having to rely on a lack luster/ disorganized company to supply and change my filters. Because if I’ve made 3 follow up calls and had not had any phones call returned, then what is the point of continuing to support and promote a company and their product.
I think it would be highly appropriate for this company to send out a text message a day before to confirm an appointment date and time, as a lot of companies in this day and age do this. This would limit appointments being incorrectly scheduled or allow people to change appointments if schedules were to change, it keeps the company and customer accountable.
Updated 28th March 2023: I received a called from Julie on the 20th of March to discuss my review, Julie had acknowledged there was a problem that occurred within the company and was understanding of the frustration from a customers perspective. Julie was helpful and willing to help resolve the problem, we were able to make an appointment on the spot for when there was availability with the company and myself for a day off. I had received a text messaged the day before my appointment to confirm my appointment date, which was great. The technician arrived on time and replaced the filters in a timely manner.
Moving forward I am happy with the change in service and the communication that has happened during this time and was happy with service of my filters being changed.

I was initially informed of an approximate time frame for the rep to arrive then, on the day, I was phoned with an exact time. The rep arrived, was friendly and courteous, carried out the job quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after himself.
