Contractor arrived on time, and efficiently exchanged filters. Cleaned up the sink area.

We've had this system for 12 years and very happy with the quality of the filtered water product.

The service was fantastic. Unfortunately even after replacing the filter in super quick time scale is still building up on the kettle and the water doesn’t taste as good as my Brita jug.

The technician was on time, a bonus of being available in a Saturday, installed the new filters. He was very professional and performed the work in a timely manner.

Much better service this year than previous years. The serviceman turned up early. Did the job without trying to sell me anything. Cleaned up after himself. Provided instructions. And, said goodbye.

The gentleman who came was prompt and efficient. He even smelled nice and clean not like the one last year. Amazing what a shower and a little aftershave can do.
