Filtered Water Solutions contact me annually to service the lines and change the filters. It’s a really easy process, I nominate a day and time that I’m home and the technician shows up, does the work quickly, removes the rubbish and wipes up any puddles. It seems good value for money compared to buying the cartridges and doing it myself, and because they ring me, I don’t need to worry about remembering to do it.

Good company easy to deal with and did a great job

This was the second appoitment I had made for Filterer Water Solutions to come out and replace my filter which they did in a prompt timely manner.

I found Technician friendly, competent and proficient.

I received advice that our water filter needed replacing, a time was agreed, the technician arrived as arranged. and proceeded to replace the filter with little fuss. The exercise was carried out effeciently and without any fuss. Very satsifying getting something done as agreed.

Polite, no mess, on time and efficient. I like the phone call reminder also.

My experience with the company was very good. I was explained the functioning of the filter system and the process very well. All my questions were answered by the sales lady. The installer gentleman was also very polite, punctual and well spoken. Overall, a great deal with the great people.
