Excellent service! After reading many positive reviews about James on Reddit I decided to go with his company to help me with my resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile. I'm a relatively recent software engineering bootcamp grad and was barely getting any responses to my job applications. I had heard good things about James on reddit and thought I'd give this a shot.The process of it was easy and straightforward. There's an initial form you fill out. It was a few days I think before he got to me, we went back and forth 2 or 3 times with me providing more information about myself that he requested. He explains why he needs certain stuff, what to expect during the writing process and is open to suggestions/requests, and explaining why he might not recommend some things, also respectful and easy to talk to. After he sent me the first draft, we went through 2 revisions. I can see how my prior resume was lacking. I guess I've yet to see but this one that James wrote me sells me better I think. At the end I got 2 .docs for the cover letter and resume, a thank you note template, and some really useful job application tips on how to increase your chances of getting through ATS. It was about a week from paying for their service. I recommend trying this if you've been job searching and haven't been getting many responses.

James did a fantastic job making a fairly bland resume a lot more polished and professional. I wasn't able to find much information for my particular situation online, but he was able to succinctly summarize my work experience.
