They cloned my details while I was…
They cloned my details while I was applying for a loan. I have asked 3 times for them to cancel the claim and each request has been ignored. Today they're now telling me my claim has moved forward. There is a 14 day cancellation in the document they sent and I am within this period but yet they have yet to confirm cancellation. Looks like I will be contacting the Financial ombudsman.

A Positive Experience so Far!
Having read the on-line reviews of Finance Claims, it was clear there was a strong weight of positive reviews made within a few days to the previous weeks and months, therefore confirming the consistent nature of Finance Claims high standard of performance. Registering my mis-sold car finance claim was very easy and straightforward. The system quickly found all the applicable cars that were eligible for the claim. I received immediate e-mails to confirm my claim had been successfully registered and so far I have received further separate e-mails to confirm my claim was being prepared and then submitted. So, my experience so far of Finance claims has been very positive. Of course, the real test will be whether the claims have a positive outcome, but I'm definitely pleased to date that I entrusted my claim with Finance Claims.
